How is the фgc = -0.85v obtained? It is an initial value given in the question but how is it obtained? What determines this value? Am new to this stuff.
We are adding Acceptor Type impurity that's why p-type (we know that because Na is given). If we would have been given Nd (Donator Type) then it would have been n-type
