Hi Sir your explanation was very easy to understand and it is very useful to us.., if you don't mind Could you please explain about my doubt like why bulk/body was highly doped? Like n+ in pmos & p+ in nmos
@@vijay4a4 they have to be highly doped because, when we are creating metal contacts to the bulk/body of the nmos/pmos, if the bulk/body terminal is lightly doped then they dont form a good ohmic contacts, i.e current flows only in one direction, to have a good ohmic contact with metal that provides low resistance and allows bidirectional current flow the bulk/body has to be heavily doped.
Sir I have one doubt, in that inverter problem, if we change the Vout then the latch up will be stopped right?, Then how would you say that here latch up will not be stopped even though we change the control signal.
