    In example 1 the MOS is operating in saturation region. So I think we should apply drain Current Formula for saturation region. Id will be 15.36 micro Amps.

    In the 1st ques, it is operating in Saturation region. The ans is different. ids = 15.3uA

    Sir for the 1st question, Vds>Vgs-Vth, so saturation region but you had used the drain current formula for the linear region? Why sir?

      Yeah You are correct. Saturation formula will be used as it is an NMOS @Engineering Funda. Please make corrections
