    Chef Leong has been impressing the culinary seafood fans of Honolulu for decades at 3660 On The rise, restauranteur Russel Siu's award winning dining destination!
    For this menu item, Lydell showcases the Hawaiian Pink Snapper with an Asian inspired recipe.
    The cooking medium includes vegetable oil, chicken broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and fermented chinese black beans (douchi). Green onions, ginger, red and green bell peppers are last minute additions to saute pan.
    The opakapaka is then plated with the finished pan drippings drizzled over all! Fantastic!
