The Let's Go Fishing Show (LGF) premiered in Hawaii in 1969. Its faithful audience represents multi-generational families who are culturally connected to their fishing traditions and their seafood resources.
Besides episodes featuring fishing adventures from Hawaiian Isle locales, the LGF audience also enjoys fishing trips to exciting destinations beyond our islands. Episodes have been produced from trips to Japan, Canada, Alaska, New Zealand, Tahiti, Mexico, Micronesia, Philippines, Guatemala, Christmas Island, Oregon, California, Las Vegas, Arizona and more.
The first class seafood culinary recipes showcased in the LGF Kitchen are performed by James Beard nominees and award-winning chefs who represent Hawaii's fine dining restaurant community.

Is that aweoweo or "MANINI" LOL.kinda too small for eat
If you are using chinese pork sausage it is not "seafood" laulau nor truly Hawaiian.
Also Hawaiian salt should be used. Some put a little dash of liquid smoke also. Traditionally laulau is steamed or put in a oven not a Japanese hibachi grill.
Great video, very informative. I learned a lot. Mahalo!
This is a great video especially at night. I would like to ask where might I be able to purchase one or two of your night light torches ? Please ? I would like to try this because it looks like a lot of fun.
Least can launch uhm anywhere 😅
What year is this?
this kind of speed cutting is really pointless imo. it's a high quality fish and worth spending the time to deconstruct it properly. the opah in particular was really egregious, lot of quality cuts that are important from a culinary perspective that the guy didn't even bother to take off and explain. Tommy Gomes does a much better job on opah and you should watch that video instead to really understand this fish and how to cook it from a guy who actually knows his stuff.
Is this show not on TV anymore?
awesome

Wow great video! Good editing and footage. Super awesome that basically everyone found a crab and netted it, even though the last one was female. These Samoan crabs are the same exact species as the ones you got in Micronesia (mangrove crabs). What island did you catch all these Samoan crabs on?
Sorry for the late reply. It was on the island of Pohnpei!
