Bloody hell, I should have put in for a fillet of flamey for berthing allowance when it stayed on my jetty. I was guna come down and say g'day but it was pouring rain that arvo. The classic story was the duty manager Talon letting Mark back in during the wee hours of the morning after being in the pokey bar!

Tossing those small fish back is not cool. They will not survive after being brought up from 200 meters. Total waste of the fishery. Stop doing it.
Pearl perch aren’t actually affected by Barotrauma like other species. If you check the research data they have a very high release rate 👍👍
