    Fantastic Rod. This encapsulates a big fishing trip quite nicely. The massive hopes and anticipation; the fear of failing to catch anything; the effort and persistence; and the joy and relief of actually catching a decent fish. Looking forward to the next installment.

    U should really think about getting a head cam. The chest cam really sucks cuz all we see is the reel the whole time. At least with the head cam we get to see what your seeing, it’s way more enjoyable to watch. Just my opinion, thanks for the upload.

    • @marcuslarwa9098
      @marcuslarwa9098 6 років тому +2

      Andrew Rollins I get that but I’m pretty sure we’re are the ones watching the videos, shouldn’t u consider what your subscribers prefer. Like I said it’s just my opinion but if u watch The other Aussie UA-cam channels they use the head cam. I think it looks way better when we get to see what your seeing and not just watch the fishing reel the whole time. Again just my opinion

    • @marcuslarwa9098
      @marcuslarwa9098 6 років тому +1

      Andrew Rollins yeah agree I like when they talk to the camera also I’m just talking about while he fighting the fish. If the fish jumps with the chest cam we will never get to see it. I just think it looks way better with the head cam while fighting the fish.

    • @jimlippi4001
      @jimlippi4001 6 років тому +3

      He has plenty of cameras, I think he just edited it to show the fish spooling off line. You know, climatic video shot. LOL.

    • @marcuslarwa9098
      @marcuslarwa9098 6 років тому +1

      Andrew Rollins I don’t know I watch a lot of guys that use head cams and it always looks really good. U can still see the reel when the fish is pulling drag and when it jumps u see it as long as the fisherman is looking. There’s a guy from America, his name is Robert Fields and his videos are amazing as well as Cavy and the Morning Tide Guys all use the head cam as well as other mounted cams.

    • @marcuslarwa9098
      @marcuslarwa9098 6 років тому +1

      Andrew Rollins like I said I just think while fighting the fish the head cam is the best view.

    After watching the last year of your videos I see now you had a small four stroke merc. It is my understanding it was a 6 hp. The bigger four stroke will get the same gas mileage as the smaller one as you are no where near pushing it. But clearly have guts when you need it. I love watching the evolution of a system. The rods forward is a huge improvement in my opinion over the kayak. Then new boat but no sounder.... then new sounder..... and so one. cheers. Best of luck fishing

    More free advice... when we fish sturgeon we have a specific net/cradle/thingy for holding them. I would say they would work well on a boat like you have there as you would not have to bring the fish aboard. Bring in next to and then into the cradle so you have all the time you want for pictures but the fish is in the water not smashing you gear up and putting fish slime all over everything. great vid thanks for sharing.... even I was happy to hear that real sing out. cheers
