18:20. Your use of the “emulsify” does not mean what you think it means. At best, demulsify is more accurate. But I propose, “debonding” of something that indicates break up of fat and fiber. Just saying. But I appreciate you and for sharing. Learning a ton from you oh great master of the bottom world.
It does keep incredible heat. The 370 is a really good unit actually. It's a smaller unit but does well. It won't have the heat and continuous heat like we have, but I know people who use them and enjoy them
Thank you! We truly appreciate your support as a matter of fact I'm working on a new greasy one right now hoping to have out by mid-week. Or I will still have a video out midweek lol. I have to fly out to Vegas tomorrow for the week so things are going to be a bit hectic with all the show responsibilities I have going... but I'm working to try to get ahead 😊

Back before the high heat units, people would always be saying they lack heat. We didn't feel they did, then came the high heat units and we can crank a lot of heat even with high flow Wands. But I like to feature the comment a lot... Kind of back in their face 😁
We have a dump set up in each shop. We tend to bring it back with us. Waste water dumping can depend on areas so we just prefer to handle it at our facilties.
do you guys ever give people referrals to flooring places if carpets can't be salvaged? i know as an installer if i give a quote to a customer and its simply more than they can afford i usually try to refer them over to cleaners like you.
We do. We get into places and will tell them to consider saving their money and apply it too new. We have places we feel comfortable referring them to so they get good service
I wonder how much this cost? If its expensive I understand not doing the tile....but otherwise all of that grime on the tile will end up on the clean carpet right?
@@MarkSaiger Thank you for the response. This seems like a very reasonable cost for the restaurant. Foolish not to clean the entire place. Enjoy your videos and energy sir.
Now just imagine that grease, which requires industrial machinery to clear, coursing through your arteries. After my bypass surgery, the only thing I did to get my blood lipid chemistry back to safe low risk levels was to STOP EATING AT RESTAURANTS.
When we first started cleaning this place it was quarterly cleaning. Then a number of years ago it changed management. The it went to 6 to 8 months between cleaning. Then we were seeing 14 months or more. This time was about a year between cleanings. I don't think they will change 😕. But we charge a premium price to clean it
Restaurants need to check their kitchen. All that grease comes FROM the kitchen. If the carpet gets dirty like that, that speaks volumes about kitchen cleaning…..therefore kitchen surfaces, dishes, glasses, cookers hygiene. I bet there’s plenty of cross contamination in that kitchen.
Aron is so cute ☺️
I will have to let him know about this nice comment 😊
You def need tactical Flashlights on those wands ! And crank the A/C to help dehumidify the space overnight
For sure 😁. We just did this place again last night 😬
I just love you guys. You put a smile on my face every time.
Thank you so very much. We really appreciate you 😊

We started years ago doing them quarterly... Well that changed and we don't mind to be honest 😁

i did my local Bees solo in like an hour and 45 min. !!
That's about it would take me solo too. Was about an hour for us with the 2 units
Where does the Butler heat hate stem from? Who says they have no heat? Great videos as always 👍👍

They got any non greasy restaraunts in Minnesota?
If they do, we don't see them often 😁

What's the flow on Zipper?
Using SaigerSauce w/grime release?
Thanks! It was Saiger's Code Red with our Harvard Chemical G-Force Booster which is a liquid soy Booster
I wonder how much this cost? If its expensive I understand not doing the tile....but otherwise all of that grime on the tile will end up on the clean carpet right?
At the time of this video we charged 50 cents per square foot. Around $800 I believe. The tile and grout could definitely use a good scrubbing.

That really sucks, that general construction is NOT inclusive to mandated maintenance... like DUH!!!
Regular maintenance like we originally had done for them when they first opened up such as orderly would be a big help as well
