- This is the easy way to run the artifact of the strong, one of if not the hardest cave to run in the entire game. Baryonyx is the best cave dino without a dought so make sure to get some good level once and start running this amazing cave for some really good loot and blueprints. Be careful of the purlovios!
Most important this is all made on official PVE Servers.

You can just eat a stack of rare flowers before entering the cave to draw out all the purlovias
Use pheromone dart to draw purs out of the ground
Last week i go inside naked to see if i can manage to get artifact on the way in on that one cliff in red drop i find therazino 124bp i died few times but i manage to get it out 😊
super nice, we got a 121 n a 124 asc theri bp too, that cave is amazing for those kind of bp

Man idk how you can do this me and 3 of my tribe mates went in on official with bary's having 17k hp and 700 melee and got melted in the 2nd room

Yo so me and my buddy tried this we had brought 4 barys that all had over 40k health and 700% melee. And brought pheromone darts and grenades for purs. We had mate boosted barys as well and still got smacked like it was nothing. What is it that u guys are doing to make it through that cave? Cause we couldn’t even make it through the first part of the cave before they all died.
You are on official or private server? 40k hp 700melee is super high, the only thing i can think is that you are on private server and the difficulty is increase super high case we run everything on official servers and what you see is what you can expect for console and pc
My favorite combo for this cave on Ark evolved was a Chalicotherium with a Mesopithicus on my shoulder. The Chali has the ranged boulder throw. You can take out a lot of enemies from various ledges. The Chali also has really good knockback ability. Most of the time you take out yetis or bears 1v1 without even getting hit. The monkey’s poop throw slows them down even more so you get hit even less. Also the Chali can sit down and heal to half health very quickly. Haven’t tried it on ascended yet. Haven’t been able to find a high level chalicotherium yet. But I do have my beer ready. Also they can heal with veggie cakes pretty quick too
There’s no way your playing on official. 40k hp and 700 melee and you still got your ass kicked??? Lol that’s just a skill issue. Edit definitely a skill issue. I ran this whole cave with a barry with only 11k hp and 650 melee LOL.

40k h on a barry?!?! I smell bullshit. Game hasn’t even been out long enough to stack that many mutations. Must be a private sever, your admins messed up bad with some rates
So...barys when they have fish on their inventory act like a carcha on the healing theme?
not when is on the inventory is when they kill fish they get a big amount of health back so by killing 5 or 6 fish you could fully health in most cases

dont the Purlovia knock you off your tames. we run deadons to heal each other and throw grenade to get to you come out of ground
Currently, unless they are positioned higher than you they won't knock you if you agro at them and walk backward but if they hit you from the side or you are too close they will dismount you, didn't know that grenades work like that, nice to know, and maybe will give it a try later 😁😁

Why aren’t the pulovias knocking you out?
Once you know where they are at it kinda easy to avoid them, the trick is to not get swarmed
Like Andre said n if you place yourself facing it when it pops up 80% they won't hit you or stun you but if they hit you from the side they will stun you.
How were the purlovias already above ground when you get in the cave. I’ve never dodged a single one of their attack that unmounts you. I take a bird and agro stuff then jump back on a bary or take a pack of something in and always send them ahead.
There always some purlovias above ground. ASA is different than ASE. I don't know if it is intended, but they dont desmount you now unless they hit you from the side. Also, someone told me about using grenades to unbury them from far away.
@@YPou97 i think part of this is that you are on a barry and they are jumping and hitting the barry before dismounting you... if you were on a smaller dino or one that didnt block you then you may have been dismounted.... but with the cave being so much easier the barrys are great in there
I don’t now we had one prolovia dismount 3 of us at the same time on Barys it was crazy I mean we tried trigger it but it lunged straight at us and got us. More than once too!

@@maddoxj2002 is not that good to be honest we have 4.8hp and like 370 melee hatch, i know people that have around 450m, and yeah this is official, i do everything in official PVE servers

How did your health not go down from the cold?
I use custom recepie that heals me for a period of time so i dont have to worry about the cold.

Bullshit I tried the same as you said and fail the polvials can knock you off of a Baryonyx so how is it you guys never got knocked off you saddle?
i been running this cave every hour since last week and never got kick out of saddle by a purlovia while having the debuff
This mf said 700 melee😂. Yeah so to run the cave your gonna have to do days possibly weeks of breeding
