    Great video. I am the same way. Brake lever is slightly lower than clutch lever. It just feels right to me.

    5:03 plus, you can use your feet to push the footpegs ( moving your hips back and full weight on pegs ). That hels to move the bike forward when traction is not good.

    Great video! How do you like the Beta compared to KTM? I want to go back to carby bike for better bottom end but not sure to get either Beta RR or Sherco 300.

    • @TheDirtbikeRider
      @TheDirtbikeRider  2 роки тому +1

      Sherco is feeling smaller and more easily to control in hard terrain, but ktm and beta have almost same feeling when you ride it. Beta has best low bottom power. It’s really hard to choose between theses bike because every bike has good and bad things.
      If you need short, smaller bike then sherco is good, if you look for engine performance for enduro then beta is better choice

      @@TheDirtbikeRider wow that is very interesting! I was always under the impression beta was for smaller riders? I have had my ktm lowered 25mm as I am short rider. I really like the look of the beta but think I will switch to sherco there is so many good reports about them. Thank you for your reply👍

      @@benheywood4660 Beta was lower before and now they made bike bigger when you compared to older models. Yeah sherco is good bike. On sherco is hard to work because every is tight and beta is same like ktm it has some space for easily work on bike

      Beta Xtrainer 300 is great for smaller riders. Same motor as the 300RR, I believe. Wish I had been able to find one. My RR is a bit too tall for me.

    Do you usually run the Rain or Sun map? Also curious why you choose the Gaerne Fastback boot compared to the SG12?

    • @TheDirtbikeRider
      @TheDirtbikeRider  2 роки тому +1

      i use these because they are more cheaper, and i found it fits me best. SG12 feels harder than this model, i like to have easy control and some protection, sg12 offers much better protection but it’s also more expensive than this model and it’s feeling harder when you have it on feet.

    So you make the levers able to move up or down ... not 100% tight?

    • @TheDirtbikeRider

      @@Cross-Country-Biker You dont need to put anything under clamps, just screw it enough so you can take it back in position with the little punch, but dont make it too loose
