I love how genuine you and the Mrs. are. You have the dog in the room, and your baby comes running in. This is how real family's do business...its a family business 🤗 oh yeah, and thanks for the tips!!
Awe thank you!
Diana is gorgeous whatever lighting technique you use, thanks for the video
I like your humbleness Manny, you are never arrogant about your abilities.
Incredible content Manny, honest, insightful and informative. You incorporate your life and your real world experiences into your work and teaching, which is a God send for new photographers and creators. This makes what you do, very authentic and genuine. The synergy and partnership you share and display between your lovely wife Diana is another aspect that makes you real and relate-able. Again fuego content as usual Manny, dont every change this recipe, you got that sauce my man.
Appreciate that Jerret
Talk about not hating... How cool you give up your techniques to assist novice photographers to continue theirs dreams.
Heck, I originally watched for what lights to use for my vlog. Now I'm subscribed!
Great job bro.!
He was waiting for Diana's reaction calling her skin dry hahahah I love you two and this channel.
Manny, I like your videos but love the way you show how family becomes part of your professional passion... even the dog, admiring the outside from the window. Hats off to you!
You guys together is amazing... Genuine chemistry is cool
I'm glad that the two of you are enjoying yourselves throughout all... at least on camera... lol
The funny thing is: the picture got better, because you put her away from the wall? Maybe a bit. But the photo actually got better, because suddenly you had a backlight from the window (which you actually didn't realize it seems) and THAT really gives it the perfect look that was missing. Because the backlight seperates her from the wall. I love the video! Thanks for uploading it!
Hahaha... exactly my thought.
No it's not true. Watch the video twice.

Even more than that, there is a window in the ceiling casting an overhead light as well. Check it out.
Bro I respect you so much. You don’t put in like every image is golden. You make sure to say you take trash pictures like the rest of us. I can’t tel you are a for real Humble guy! I saw the image on IG. Dope work and awesome content!!! Thanks for all the tips!!!
You 2 are a pleasure to watch. You chemistry is over the top!
That final touch of the coconut oil is smart!!!
The coconut oil tip is solid. Will make sure to use that in the future. Always learning something on your channel. Thanks for the video man.
Love your work bruh, even more, love what you all do as a family, even baby girl and the pup...Team Ortiz!!!
YES to the little things and not being afraid to spin the shoot your own way... Easy to assume failure when your trying so hard to recreate "perfectly" what someone else's product. You're soooo on point! And so is Diana too! 🤗
nailed it! diana,diana,diana... your advice was good too.
Thank you Manny (and nice family) for your simple, natural, and friendly video :)
Yo man! Really dig your video! Also, it's very cool to see a family that creates together! Very inspiring! Keep up the good work - both of you!

Manny and Diana bedroom tips 😂
Just love Manny's videos, always learning a lot from you man! Thanks
wow those final photos absolute knock out!
MANNNY! Slayed this video, per usual! I could totally use these tips in the future! Always appreciate your tips, my dude!
Good tips. Diana comments are the best 😁
Another tip i learned from Joe Mcnally at one of his Kansas City appearances that i rarely see anyone else do is moving his softbox to just past parallel to his subjects..literally two feet away. He moved his softbox just about a foot away and acheived dramatically different results. I now move mine at small increments then take a shoot to see what i get. Great tips by taking baby steps.
Love your videos, not to mention your photos! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for bringing us a set up that all of us can take with our own lights and cameras!
i love the process of how you created the photo, amazing
Really appreciate your vids guys 👌
Nailed it. Great tips.
Great tips Manny!
I love the coconut oil tip; I'll use it for my next photo shoot; thanks pal.
Such a beautiful family ❤️❤️❤️
Y’all are awesome! Thanks for the great content
Another awesome video 👌👏 thank you
Thank you for the video and tips. Those first two can seem a bit obvious but easily forgotten. And you just proved that you do not need a fancy studio to get amazing photos.
Nice tips. Beautiful family!
You are very creative with lighting, distance, settings and mood. Awesome information, thanks to both of you!!
Thanks for the inspiration 🙏 keep doing what you doing.
Beautiful pictures beautiful family God bless you all. Learning so much from you
U can always apply some actually highlight on the cheekbones, collar bone and shoulders! Apply a little bit of setting spray and apply the highlight then just go over it with a damp beauty sponge and WALA highlighted!
Good job dr manny ortiz. and lovely family.
Always great information thanks manny
Another M&D classic 😎📸👌🏼
Always great content! So inspiring. Thanks for sharing!
Great tips, thanks! Love the dog spying on the neighbours!
I liked this do you have any more tips like this for shooting in doors in a home like this someone who doesn't have a photo studio in their house?
This is useful...thx Manny & Diana!!
Good video, stay warm y’all .
Wonderful video. Thanks so much!
Amezing tips! Thanks man
thank you for posting these videos Manny! these videos are gold! jumped into flash photography recently, the journey just gets better
Not much of a Portrait Photographer and not good at it yet. However, i enjoyed learning from this video as i didn't know any those things. Well i knew Coconut Oil make your skin shine in a great way. Watching the video and seeing the flash's also reminded me I need to get a flash also for my Sony A7III Camera Kit as well or put one on my shopping list.
Love you guys! Such a inspiration!!!!!!!! Thank you
you can always tell when he is in his zone - all you gotta do is wait for those dope beat drops. you and diana are the reason i got a new sony camera and a bunch of lenses (2 days ago) lol. #beardgang #myfirstcamera
great vid as allways Manny ! We need some tips for kids photos!
Cheers for the location! I use my room, which is less than 10sq m, for my studio. And every time I have I shooting, I take the bed out, so I can make some space. Hustle is the word! Another must have besides coconut oil is lip balm! tip #5 :)
Suggestion to help fill in the shadows to make it easier and less work to do in post, add a fill card or a reflector on camera right to bounce light into the shadows and softly fill the face or subject more when using this setup.
Clear and Limpid information, thanks!
Dude.. My wife is the reason I keep going.. Props to your wifey for keeping it real.. Lol if it wasn't for my wife I would have stopped shooting years ago
2.5 years later still amazing.
Great shots. Very cool
Nice video, Thanks for the tips!
@5:08 your dog is looking at the nice views
When he's looking out the window ... I was more invested in what he was seeing ...
@@sieyon So, your bitc* or what 🤣🤣😅😅???lol.
The dog is so cute!
These are definitely 3 of the best tips to work through when you aren’t getting the look you want brother👀
Yo, Manny, dude you’re the realist cat on this joint... Serious! Thank you for all of your tips and tutorials. You’re always giving it up in a way your viewer can apply and progress... I appreciate that about your channel and from myself and those I know who follow you. “THANK YOU!”
