    The six foot track covers the 45kms from the explorers tree outside Katoomba and falls and rises 3 times over the 45k distance. The first 16kms involves the descent of nellies glen then eases off until the coxs river at 15.5ks. then again rises and falls until the final descent into the Jenolan caves. The track was built in 1884 as a shortcut between Katoomba and Jenolan caves it was a bridle path making the trip a lot faster.

    Myth: animal flesh required for "protein hit". Add nuts, flax or lentils to food to boost protein, but if you're eating enough kilojoules, you're getting enough protein.
    If I was forced to live off one food - soy beans.
