I would be horrible with customer interaction since I used headphones and music to create a one sound zone (almost like a white noise) for me to focus on my work as a developer in an office space. Inconsistencies in noise always disrupted me to the point where I actually felt grumpy. Of course, as you know where you're at, the blaring of sirens, traffic noise, and the constant construction in outside Manhattan didn't help. Like during this audio watching you pottery, I'm listening hearing that sound in the background thinking, is that the sound of highway traffic? And yes, the vlogs are very calming to listen to.
