Both my Daughter and I shoot with Fabarm. Syren n N2, good looking and reliable 10 year warranty. We chose them due to fit and not to be Lemmings and buy what everyone else does, as we have personalities. Plus, we aren't sponsored by Beretta or Browning or Longthorn. It isn't how much you spend it's how much skill and talent you have, or not in most cases.
Great Gun ...had mine the 32inch barrel exactly a year now without any issues at all ....kills anything within my ability on 1/4 & 1/2 choke using mainly 24gr & 28gr cartridges... but wont shoot the 2nd barrel with 21gr cartridges... as there`s not enough inertia to reset trigger. Its now my go to Gun having shot around 2500 cartridges through it.... as opposed to others i have which in most cases cost a whole lot more. Its still as tight as the first time i used it...and still has the straight out the box finish...a good testimony for the build quality.
Fabarm is easily the best overlooked brand of shotgun for sale in the US. Tri-Bore barrels are super strong and help to mitigate recoil, all while improving patterns. Great adjustable stock. Length of pull adjustable trigger. Room in the stock for a recoil reducer if needed. Hyperbolic, extended chokes. THAT is a loaded feature set for any gun.
Agreed. I am in the US and have an L4S autoloader and the overall quality/fit/finish and attention to detail really puts comparatively priced brownings, berettas, etc to shame.
With only a 45 minute ride to Ceasar Guerini/ Fabarm Customer Service im a happy Customer here in Maryland. What a great gun to have in your gun vault. Happy new year coming g to all. Great job Jonny
Great video Jonny. I would also add about the second to none service from Anglo Italian,. If ever there was a problem with the gun, they would probably have it fixed the same day. Their service is absolute fantastic for this industry.
I've owned and have been shooting this exact gun for the last 6ish months, with an estimated 5000 or so shells through it. It's excellent for the money and I prefer it to many of the B guns that I've shot in the past. It seems to punch way above its weight class in many aspects. My only gripe is how cheap/not durable the black finish on the adjustable comb is - mine has been showing signs of wear since the 3rd or 4th time I took it out.
USA price is $3,725 and the warranty is cut to 5 years. That doesn't seem to match the exchange rate and moves this out of competition with entry level B guns.
Johnny, have you ever tried the Graco Pro Model Shot Fit? It makes setting up a gun for the right fit with adjustable comb features. Luckily for me, Berettas fit me out of the box and the shot fit confirms it. Although mine is a Scotch-Irish heritage, I must be the size of the average Italian since that is how Berettas come from the factory. I has also helped me to work with new shooters.
Informative, balanced review in my opinion, adjustable with those barrels and 10 year warranty sounds like great value with piece of mind, especially if you are having to buy on finance Nice work tgs
When you reviewed the Beretta 688, you claimed that to be fair , you spent a bit of time making adjustments to the stock so it would fit better. It's disappointing you didn't do the same with this review.
My wife has the Syren version. Her only gripe is having to constantly tighten the adjustable comb system. Comes loose regularly, other than that, she loves it.
@@aaronwaltho223 try loktite thread seal. Its not a thread locker like Blue/Red/Green etc its designed to use on sump plugs etc to stop oil seepage but I find it great as a weak threadlock.
Here in Spain, Fabarm's technical service leaves much to be desired. I have had two Fabarm shotguns and they have all been mechanical problems in less than 3 years. In the end I sold the Fabarm elos C. Very nice and cheap shotguns but mechanically a real piece of garbage. They are no longer manufactured like the old Fabarms. For that price I don't take the risk and buy Miroku, Browning or Beretta
@tgsoutdoors Thank you, Jonny. I watched it again, and you do indeed mention it, though I can't quite get my head around it. Are they the only manufacturer that are able to do this? It is a very interesting topic due to the times we live in, and sounds like a great selling point on its own!
My "Good Enough" gun is my Browning BT99. Nothing fancy but will do everything a single barrel trap gun needs to do, and do it well. The sirens are great. Any reason why no one makes a gun for a 5 foot man with small hands? Only women are this small?
Looks like you became familiar with the gun quickly. Guns need to be intuitive workhorses, not fancy wallhangers. Handsome gun too tho, IMO . Well done video like usual. 😊
I dont know if can get it or not , but if you could olease test the shahin overUnder and nakhjir 2 sidebyside both made in iran , i really like to know your opinion about them.
Could you test a fair Carrera hr? Ive been looking at one. But cant decide on it or the sporting. Here in the states. The sporting can be had for 1600. The hr is about 17-1800.
Yeah. After all the "saving old miroku" videos etc I am dissapointed. It just comes to show that the british shooters are still a bunch of elitist, when almost 4grand gun is just "good enough" when for 99% of the people using shotguns it is obviously a premium choice. Unsubscribe from me.
Aren't alll modern mass produced machine made guns alll pretry much of a muchness in the way they shoot, with the simple concept of barrels and a stock etc?
No doubt it’s a fine gun but why manufacturers today insist on making a firearm look like a NASCAR car is beyond me. Gotta pay the bills but someday I’m going to start a channel that reviews guns that a below average and explain to people why I think they are. That way maybe manufacture will start upping their game and consumers will get a better/nicer product for their money. No doubt it’s a good gun. But for the money is it nicer than two Used Browning Superposed? 🤔👍🏼👍🏼
I'd say you are using the word average wrong here JC, that is more at home on a 686 sporter, that gun is average in every way shape and form, the fabarm is well above average. 686 is the least gun for that ballpark money, fabarm, yildiz pro, mk38, all well above average
Some areas are still over a year's wait unfortunately. You could contact your force and ask them roughly how long you can expect to have to wait. They are generally very approachable and helpful.

The classic Ford 'RS' style lettering appeals to my inner child 😄
You dont need fancy woodwork or Engraving to brake clays , the gun looks great i think .
Great review! Here in the U.S.A, Fabarm has, by far, the best customer service I've ever dealt with, and I've been shooting for fifty years.
Same lifetime deal as CG?
@@tgsoutdoors Warranty is cut to 5 years in the USA and price is jacked up to $3725. Moves this into a completely different set of competition.

The warranty is amazing considering Beretta only gives you 3 years on a 694

Great review nice gun .but please tell me when did it become fashionable to go shooting looking like Elton john

I think Elton John has top fashion sense

And hate on Beretta?😂
😆
And no video evidence of any clays hit 😂
Oh and you must say 'and I'm going to be honest with you' numerous times!
And say "it's just a bit of fun, everyone should have one of these in their cabinet".
That’s a sweet gun
TBH its alot better than any entry level sporting browning or beretta and at a better price.
100% agree
Yup with 50 yrs clay shooting under my belt...with guns costing at least 50-200% more this is up there with the most expensive....

Don't think CG would associate themselves with junk.
It has done for a while but nice to see the CG influence really taking over the over and under range
The barrels are some of the best on the market. Plus they out shine the entry level sporting beretta and brownings.
I was surprised that there is such a good quality gun on the market for such a low price. What's the catch? :D
