You know 80% of these podcasts are run by single people 😂. They run their mouths all day. They haven't a clue.
Married people are quiet. They're in the trenches for real.

By watching yall ive learned men are children mentally for the most part even when mature the young boy holds a lot of power in mens decision making.

At 87. There's no fruit left to reap. Let mama rest. It hurts to lose a parent at any age. My mum lost her mum recently at 84 but it was a celebration of life even tho she was sad. And we all knew grandma was happier finally resting as she had also had diff surgeries over the years as she was getting older. I feel instead let's make the last memories count with some money than pay for an expensive ass surgery for an 87 year old. Also let's discuss if it was the wife who did this for her mum. How would the man feel.

In My Opinion...finances should be discussed from before marriage so it is normal when in a marriage. Being open and transparent will be key...true or definitely true?

What if the shoe was on the other foot? And the wife had gathered their life savings to save her Dad behind her husband’s back?

Comprimise is what was needed in this situation, for example use half the money and stop paying rent to the dad.
You have to take into account school fees etc. Can't use alll the money..cone on.

Also i work at a hospital even a successful surgery at 87 they can hardly move sometimes. Their bodies like i feel like maybe yall dont understand what 87 really is itd be like torture damn near. Yall thought with just your heart and with six kids our whole life savings. No you still have to be the man of this family while loving your mom

Financial infidelity will ruin your marriage irreparably.
There should be enough respect to sit down and talk to your partner before taking these serious decisions
