I’m planning on getting this case but can the screen protector be easily removed? as i prefer my own glass protectors.

Yes, I removed it with a hair blower. The heat gets it out very simply.

Can it charge wirelessly with the kick stand out? Will the case stick to metal like the MagBak case?

It will stick to metal. It will not charge when the stand is open.
