Airstream Renovation - Frame Restoration and Tanks

Grinding the rust off the frame and painting ate up a lot of time. Plumbing the grey and black water in this video. Up next is freshwater tanks, subfloor, and some patches to the external shell.

Just a thought but one of those grabber devices with the padded pincers that telescope out maybe they make a mini version that would fit inside the top of the tank, good luck and enjoying watching your progress. 😊

I'm a women and I have and airstream land yacht and I'm trying to fix it up all buy myself.😓 I'm not skilled enough to do all that you did to yours but I am trying my best.

did you get the ring out? i was wondering what kind/brand of inlet connections you were using. where did you get the tanks?

I haven’t gotten it out yet. Using inlet grommets and the black tanks are from IconDirect. The outlet is from Valletta and all the piping is ABS plastic.
