I really like the rawness of these videos. A lot of these vids overlay way too many edits, and play far too much music, and I find it detracts from the content. This is honest...good work
Bother its been a fantastic journey i am very happy to come across your channel i enjoy these videos they teach me a lot about the man i admire thank you ben and your team aswell did an amazing job. Am sad it has came to an end but am happy it happened hopefully we can see more in the future i will support you and i am grateful for you putting these videos out here man they are gold for me thank you very much man.
Thanks Ben for adding the subtitles. I'm always curious about what Gennady Mashianov said in the video. He reminds me of Mr Miyagi (Karate Kid movie) Dmitry... keep up the good work, champ! 🔥🔥
Question: Soviet style looks smooth , however, can we assume that Klitschkos, GGG, Beterbiev etc..... started with this style but eventually changed? If so , why? Every style has its plus and minus. Energy demanding is a question. Possible too many openings, especially coming in. We could say that GGG and Beterbiev style is the complete opposite of Bivol. Stalking, planted feet, hard punches coming from the solid base of feet on the floor, energy conserving. Klitschko in the early days was gasing out, then Emanual Steward developed his style to preserve energy and take advantage of his natural strengths. What are the thoughts regarding these isues?
It's not a style for the old guys, a lot of strain on the joints. Most boxers transition out of the Soviet style and just keep some elements of it. You can see it's so stamina driven and to even maintain dimitry does the morning routine.
Because it was created for 3 round high-pace amateur boxing. Neither Bivol, Golovkin, Loma, nor most other post-soviet boxers uses it in its original form. But they share to certain extent base of that style. As for Klitshko, he didn't change all that much, he just learned how exploit his size and some other tricks. But his fundamentals remained the same.
The guy taking the pads is great fella teaching Ben with no words really. Brilliant to see

Great question! I hope someone with elite knowledge answers, because I am a novice!

You need a lot of stamina for it lot of boxers can’t do it 12 round straight and will lose quality so they do it different and mix it
Bivol style isn't really soviet
