I think the point being made here is not that we are poor. But that we chose to stop earning more and make way for others like you to take up those jobs and earn. Also we chose to spend the money we earned to restore a barren piece of land. Not to buy a penthouse in Mumbai. Woww .. So much clarity.. m living in NCR since childhood and this is what i miss the most .. very important point she made people should move out of the cities if they are not working but at the same time usually retire people dont get medical facilities out of the cities ..otherwise it makes sense to live near big city and travel as per the requirement .. rent out ur house and make some money out of it as well .. I also say people from tier 3 or towns dont bring ur parents if u dont have big enough house ..have seen parents get sad as their social life get destryed in cities .. seen some of my relatives who even moved from Delhi to mumbai became so sad
I don't mean to dismiss your point, but if you can afford a house in a well-maintained gated community, your parents can enjoy a great quality of life without being confined to a flat. Unfortunately, villages where I'm from have their challenges. Many villagers are unaware or indifferent to the harm caused by burning garbage and crop residue, and there's no proper garbage disposal system. There's also a lot of jealousy and rivalry, with people going to great lengths to bring others down. If you can afford a large plot of land and build a house like the guest in this video, it's worth considering a move. However, be aware that village politics can be tricky. Politicians, whether in power or not, might cause trouble if you don't support them financially.
@@AlBICIDI i think u have not read my point fully ..i was talking about ppl who are not working and they r not from tier 1 cities as well ..Right now Delhi NCR property rates are like minimum 5 cr for 200 sq mtr plot that too in some mediocre area in Noida or Ghaziabad ..Delhi its minimum 10 cr and ggn may be 7-8 cr ..Mumbai hahaha .. i dont know how many people from village doing job and earning so much ..i was talking about middle class where they slog and purchase 3 bhk house with 10*12 rooms for 1 cr in places like Noida extension ..please dont mind but quality of life in Indian teir 1 cities sucks ..Pollution, overcrowded streets ..
@@tattvamasee Agreed. 100%. It's just mindless and insane to spend so much money on such little houses in such pollution-rich environments. If the government can encourage people to de-urbanize and provide good medical facilities in the towns/villages, that'd make India a bit tolerable for folks like me who can't stand pollution even one hour without getting a headache. I've been meaning to leave the country for this very reason (pollution) but I'm too old to get a student visa (I have some career gaps as well, which is a problem for Universities) and I'm too impatient to try for PR visas.

Well explained. Thank you for bringing up this video. Financial education is indeed required for more than 70% of the society in the country as very few are literate on the subject. Thanks to Jasmine Harvey the lady you recommended to me!
Jasmine Harvey has taught me how to generate profit while trading. Now I monitor before I place and that's the best. The most amazing part is that I still go about my daily job as usual.
I spoke extensively about it to the team, but its not a part of this video. Do NOT send your kids abroad. Give them a local educaiton, and spend your time with them giving them life skills. Formal educaiton does not make our children fit for survival.
I have been watching her since 2021 and learned a lot from her... She is amazing and her project of Permaculture Farming is inspiring. 🙏 always love to listen her. ❤❤
I've been following her Channel since past 2-3 years maybe but i didn't know that barren price of land cost 20-30 lacs per acre. That's way too much. I'm also in property business and a premium piece of land near the main road would cost 15-20 lac per acre in 2024 (It could cost more if it's close to the city) Considering she bought the land probably 10-12 years ago it's an overpriced property.
4:15 I share the same perspective ~ we also have a farmland, and I'm enjoying my 2nd sabbatical ~ 1st one was longer (2yrs) Pre-Corona after returning from Fiji & 2nd am doing now, while starting my own Spanish venture in Mohali. Would luv to visit you folks one day, hope I get a pass to know you folks more closely :) ~ luv from Jammu!
Amazing insight to understanding how to be smart with personal projects that involve the whole village or number of people around. Very interesting and informatively covered all topics! I will come back to this video when i am planning to build my house.

Wow! This is incredible. New insights. Kuddos to you guys for such clear thinking and execution!
This is urban enlightenment…I hope it is a trend which continues to grow and sustain ❤
If this enlightnment grows, in one way few farmers would loose their (even fertile land) since city folks would have higher purchasing power.
A lot of Respect and love from Pakistan. You won my heart❤. Great job mam.
Kudoos. What a beautiful thought. Of giving back to society. Thanks for bringing them. They are close to my hometown. ♥️♥️
She is a very supportive wife. Her husband is lucky. 🙏🏽 I cant imagine any wife allowing husband to stay at home if he wants to even when they have the money.
He is lucky
Oh yes I remind him about that everyday 😂
@@farmaanandaa good one..!!!
I would ask him 😂
One of the best episodes. Wealth is not just money !!!!!! Hats off to Wint wealth team. Such a beautiful human being!! Salute.

Wow..... very clear and simple perspective of life but very very effective one. She is the perfect example of true feminism. She has a very good understanding of the basic human needs i.e PEACE. My perspective of looking towards my life has just changed by hearing this lady. Kudos to her........
Thank you
@farmaanandaa Most welcome ma'am. If possible please do some more podcasts about balancing life and finances. You have a very rich experience in the finance world and we would definitely want to hear your thoughts ma'am........
Loved each and every bit of this video.. Even I want to build a farm house in a quite place in village . This video gave me so much insight .. The best part is how your husband supported you in every step and decision ..Loved it !!!
However, I have a question -- was this land a normal land or agriculture land when you bought it ?
Agricultural
@farmaanandaa thank you
Each one of her comments are absolutely logical and reasonable
I appreciate your perspective of living
Been following the Aanandaa project's journey since stumbling across it 6-7 years ago (on LinkedIn! of all the places to find good content)-back when the permaculture YT playlists were dominated by australians; peppered with some by Narsanna Koppula, and just the one video covering Aanandaa. Amazing to see it not just survive but thrive!
Thank you for believing in us so early in our journey
loved your statement...if you are not earning move out and make space for others
Superb content..truly words of wisdom flowing
She speaks the reality & it is true. - Huge respect from Tamil Nadu
Is Tamilnadu separate country😂
@priy98 did I say that?
@@priy98 why this much hatred..!!!just a respect from a nearby state.. what's there to laugh and ask like this?? Get a life ,grow up!!
@@ambikasubramaniam5 I already aware how much hatred tamil people's have with Hindi and North Indian people's😊
@@priy98 Yes TN is a separate country... until people from north call us South indian, instead southern part of india
What you speak is utterly the truth...who thinks like you guys did in today's world of money minded people...everything is just the part of monetary profitability...wish you all the best mam for all your future endeavours..may god bless you. We are from Pune and are also kind of thinking of leaving the crowd behind from a while ..Can we visit to your place to take some inspiration
Good to see WINT featuring more women on your channel.
Wint's videos are often like leave whatever you are doing. Else you'll miss an important thing. So I put aside all my work and then watch the full video.
Aunty's story is captivating.
Wint's video editor, that green veg symbol converting into a pie chart for wealth mgmt was terrific 😍. You hit the 🎯 man.
This lady is gold
For a minute I read 'old' ... which is also true! LOL!

Love the episode and the thinking. It's all about the internal compass and being in harmony with nature..

I really loved this video, great perspective to life & money.
One thing she said which I liked is children should get involved in the projects we take up so that they feel that sense of ownership in future when they grow up
Absolutely. Specially if you are building an ecosystem, which takes decades to do. You need the project to be intergenerational
Madam , you are such an inspiration..God bless you.🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Well explained. Thank you for bringing up this video. Financial education is indeed required for more than 70% of the society in the country as very few are literate on the subject. Thanks to Jasmine Harvey the lady you recommended to me!
That is true my dear, Investment is the best idea presently and without it, human struggles are worthless.
Jasmine Harvey has taught me how to generate profit while trading. Now I monitor before I place and that's the best. The most amazing part is that I still go about my daily job as usual.
Everyone needs a different stream of income, such as where one can invest some parts of his or her monthly salaries.
Am surprised you made mention of Jasmine Harvey, she's the best at the moment and her professional strategies are everywhere...
I'm really interested in this information, how can I reach out to her???
Such an amazing mindset! She is an inspiration.
I need her as my mentor❤
What a refreshing perspective of life! Wish more people think like this!
Ma'am can you help us to understand how to manage education for childrens? This is one of the important factor that effect the decision
I spoke extensively about it to the team, but its not a part of this video. Do NOT send your kids abroad. Give them a local educaiton, and spend your time with them giving them life skills. Formal educaiton does not make our children fit for survival.
Very inspiring. 🙏
Exactly my thoughts, but problem is that now agri land is also too costly to buy. 😢
Unfortunately that's true
Absolute clarity in thoughts and I felt connected with the same. Thanks for sharing.
One of the best interviews I have seen in recent times.
The best episode till date
Great to hear a perspective which encouraging shifting to smaller towns post retirement and building such "Real Wealth" there..
Insightful.. ❤
Moral of the story " If you have money you can live everywhere in the world ".
I have been watching her since 2021 and learned a lot from her... She is amazing and her project of Permaculture Farming is inspiring. 🙏 always love to listen her. ❤❤
thank you!
We are very close to the city today

Amazing video guys. Thank you so much for posting such a wonderful content.
When you can have 0 tax, free subsidies, loan waivers, why would anyone be willing to slave for their employers.
Farming is not as easy as that. 😅
What about security issues ? Living in such lonely place , is it safe?
Who says it's lonely? A village is a very wholesome community
This is knowledge through wisdom ❤❤❤❤❤
Inspiring method of Integration - 70% to labour and 30% to materials.
Amazing insight to understanding how to be smart with personal projects that involve the whole village or number of people around.
Very interesting and informatively covered all topics!
I will come back to this video when i am planning to build my house.
She has earned more from her farm land price growth than she could ever dream of earning from her ‘salary’ 😂. Clever move
That is true.
Her youtube channel is fantastic. So educative. She shares all her experiences and guides you.
