I hunt in this swamp every year and it's definitely spooky at 3am.
You hunt deer or waterfowl there? I was there yesterday and had a real tough time finding geese
@@ctdmowing I deer hunt in the swamp.
I have fished and even trapped there a few times.
This swamp can get real weird in the wee hours.
I used to go by this everyday on way to edinboro and always thought this looked like a huge lake at 1 time and wondered why they drained it.shovked to find out it was only a swamp.
Glad it was helpful!😁
There was a man in the depression times that was tracking a fox in the winter on the ice and found a soft spot and whent threw and the only thing they found of him was his hat laying on the ice there is a lot of history in that swamp
Live right by here the cherry picker crane that sank over night in 65’ was true
If you ever go back into Geneva Swamp son you better not go at night
There's things out there in the middle of them woods
That'd make a strong man die from fright
There's things that crawl and things that fly
And things that creep around on the ground
And they say those bowfin really do get up and they walk around.
Great video. Y'all need to sub while he's still below 1 mil subs!!
We sleep in the swamp for the opener every yr.
I have camped it a few times myself.
Do you know if there's any truth to their finding a Wooly Mammoth skull while building the floating bridge?
I didn't come across that, but it's quite possible!
according to the Conneaut Lake Historical society: The local existence of these large creatures (woolly mammoth) was discovered in 1958 by workers dredging for a dock. Bones were found at the site of what is now Nye’s Marina.
It’s true
Btw. It's haunted.
Tell me all u know! Im obsessed with the swamp. Haha
@@maskman8712 I always heard that it was a dumping ground for the mob out of Erie and the satanic cults in cochranton in the 80s
@Mask Man i have fished it for years & have seen a few odd things in this swamp.
