So satisfying when you video earth being moved! All those people with gravel driveways can also use your services to get things back smooth and draining well again. Did my son in laws front yard with renovation and used GCI turf type tall fescue seed. Absolutely germinated in five days and came in thick and the darkest green I’ve ever seen. GCI seed is way better than Jonathan Green Black Beauty. Germinates faster and stays green longer! If you are renovating a lawn or overseeding, my advice is don’t waste your time and money with pretenders. Get the real deal seed from Pete! I mentioned this once already but Pete’s seed even germinated on flagstone! That just blew me away with the drought we had this growing season. Merry Christmas to everyone!

I used to always enjoy spinning out the large sand waste areas on the golf course when I did course maintenance in college. We used the Toro Sand Pro, but that machine would have made it even more fun.

That machine is pretty impressive for its size and what you can accomplish with it. You would normally need at least something the size of a compact tractor to be able to rip through dirt and be able to move it around. I’m guessing once word gets out there has to be some lawn leveling/renovations in that machines future
