How I could live without the music of these stunning women until a few years ago is a question I also ask myself from time to time and can't find an answer to. I would even go so far as to say that with every song I listen to, old or new, I even feel like the music I used to listen to is becoming more and more meaningless. I have no idea how to describe it. In any case, I couldn't be more grateful that I stumbled across the video for 'Thrill' and that their music has accompanied me ever since and will hopefully continue to do so long into the future.

This is the "battle theme" for the All-Japan University e-Sports Competition 2021. The 1st kanji's most common meaning is "fire" and the 2nd is "flower" and together they mean "spark".

@@enol8603 "fireworks" is usually written with "flower" 1st and "fire" 2nd to get hanabi instead of hibana.

As rakjr6 mentioned it is the theme song for an online 3 on 3 first person shooting tournament. The reference "knock knock knock" is about an explosive trap you can set for opponents. Play to win is another reference. Very high energy. Thanks for reacting to it.

Yeah this kicks ass! I'm getting World Domination (the album) vibes off it, but you can tell the writing's getting more intricate over time. I love when a band's so good their b-sides could be their best songs
Glad you got to branch out and discover more music Chief! I like non-English stuff like music and films because you get to experience the pop culture of other places, see what people are making and what they're into. It's a good way of getting past the language barrier and seeing how familiar it all is, and how much we all have in common wherever you go. Plus it's like, this is what English songs are like for non-English speakers! A good time even if you don't know what they're saying

There's a lot of reasons why I tell people I listen to Band-Maid and why they quickly became my favorite band after stumbling upon them in January of 2020. But what you said is the number one reason: their music makes me happy. And as someone dealing with depression and the world the way it is, getting those good feelings and vibes and happiness is incredibly valuable. And I haven't ever had a band do that for me to the degree that they do. And that's on top of their creative compositions and high level of musicianship and skill. Good stuff! I enjoy your channel and just want to send some good vibes your way.

I'm pretty sure that high pitch is Miku's vocals. The song is called 'Spark', as you said, which is 'Hibana' in Japanese. Always happy to see you enjoying more Band-Maid.

Yeah it sounds like her for sure - the live shows really drive home how good her vocals are, she has so much range just to handle whatever the song needs from the backing vocals, and she nails it. She's got the confidence to really push herself, it's great!

Of the three new songs, Hibana or Spark, is my favorite, but just! All three are high speed, no drag rock and roll! Band Maid is not setting still! That high, long note is Miku! If you haven't yet, listen to Why, Why, Why, you'll fear more long notes from from the Small Pigeon!

*Edit* (Just to be clear in case it gets misconstrued, I'm not including Band-Maid in the same sentence with insipid or mouth breathing lyrics, of course! They could wear burlap sacks and sing about bricks, and I would still love everything Band-Maid hee hee)
Not judging, as for me, it's kind of the opposite. 98% of bands, I despise the insipid, mouth breathing lyrics of modern "music" so I am very much partial to liking a song if I have no clue about the language, or what is being said if they are speaking English, lol. The 2% of lyrics I don't find obnoxiously triggering, are mostly restricted to Rush and Pink Floyd hahaha.
