If all of these games is covered in database, i am pretty sure that almost all of standard chess games (maybe about 90%) until maybe 10th moves has been covered, and a new games would so so so much rare maybe most of it only found in 15th moves aboves.. Well yeah, still, chess has an abundant games to discover, and that wheres the magic lies.. :)

To be honest, I don't think he should cover games from Pogchamps or COB. They might be entertaining to watch because of the sheer chaos in the games, but there isn't any deep thought involved in any of the moves played, they're mostly filled with some tactics here and there with a lot of blunders and missed wins.

I feel as if the quote takes chess a bit too seriously. In a casual game, there's absolutely no problem in taking back a move. I think it gives the game a chance to be interesting, and also more chances to learn than just resign.
