The christian comunity in Iraq usualy do this kind of food for the banquet of Christmass. It gonna be cold weather, and we gathering to eat these dishes which we call it Pacha!! I saw you cook it perfectly, so it look delicious. We do it in the same way , but we put chickpeas in its soup, beef or lamb stomachs, beef and lamb' tongues, but we staff the stomach with rice and ground meet, so we put a small bowl for minced garlic and vinigar, and when we personally serve it. We put iraqi bread in a bowl and the soup, and put all these stuff over then one or two table spoon of garlic and vinigar. Its so delecious. ...thank you to share this video.
