I use oversized trash bags and pull them up to give myself an extra foot or more of garbage space, then put the topmost in Walmart bags to throw it out without changing the big bag. There is so much more, but I have to microwave supper now.

My greatest victory in the lazy contest was the time my mama asked 13 year old me to do the dishes. I walked into my 17 year old brothers room and told him mama asked for him to do the dishes. He excused himself from his friends and did them while I went back to my room to watch tv. It was probably 5 years later (when I was 18) when they finally realized what I’d pulled 😂

Dishwasher: I've always thought that a kitchen should have two dishwashers: one for clean and one for dirty. You never really have to put the dishes back in the cabinets.

I still would call Kevin the loser. He did walk it to the garage. Lazier people would just spray the smell away and the laziest would just go meh and live with it.
Kevin is my hero. I once had three plane trips in a row with only a half day at best at home in between for a total of 2.5 months so I actually packed 3 suitcases with 3 sets of everything, including underwear, so that I wouldn't have to do laundry between trips and rarely while on the road. Best decision ever... except now I have 30 pairs of underwear. It's surprising how much room that takes up.
If you do it right and have a very light load of towels finished in the washer.....you can just agitate them with your hand once or twice over a couple of days and they will "air dry" saving you from putting in the dryer. Takes a little practice in the beginning to find the perfect load size to do this....to avoid mildew issues.....but once you find that balance...... Winner!!! I am overly fatigued just typing this response.......I need a break...
Just watch out on how much you try to STRETCH to avoid stuff. I once reached my leg and foot out from my bed to press the buttons on a nearby old TV with my toes without taking the 2 steps to walk over there, and in the process I threw my back out for 2 weeks.

This cracked me up! We play recycling Jenga in my house! There is still some disagreement as to whether a plastic bottle balanced against the wall on top of the can is fair play.
