I was showing my children a video that you and David Murray collaborated on some time ago. David reviewed the instrument, then you compiled and recorded a song using it. My children were blown away that you could make a song like that on the spot just for the video. Thanks for continuing to make music. Maybe you could convince David to collaborate with you to resurrect his 8-bit-keys channel.
The hard hitting 16th note bass sequence paired with those big drums against those reverberant and spacious synth parts that play around it is truly a beautiful combination here. Well-crafted song, this one. Really nice!!
You're making an old fat man want to get on the bicycle. Love the visuals you used with this track, and its consistent energy. I'll hug the gates of Perdition trying to play bass along with this one, that's for sure. (It will require a steady foot as well as fast fingers...)
Apart from this being an awesome tune, I have to give out kudos for how well you keep audio layers clearly separated. A razor-sharp precision. I love it!
But you can, it’s on BandCamp (best and most flexible filetypes available) and it’s just been approved on Distrokid so now it’s on all the major (and minor) streaming services…Spotify, UA-cam Music, Amazon, Google Play, Deezer, Tidal and a bunch of others. :)
Anders! This is awesome! I will be sure to add this to my music library. So glad you took Alpha Polaris and decided to make an album with it along with some other excellent songs. It was this song that got me to find your channel, along with some help from the 8 Bit Guy, and continue to be a very proud patreon! Thank you!
@@AndersEngerJensen No idea. I listen to your creativity and compare it to Kebu or Madis etc and it right up there. We all love what you do. I think you deserve more. I refurbish and upgrade speakers. I've designed my own line which I hope to release soon. A couple of your tracks are on my 'test' list. Keep up the amazing work
Wow! This is excellent! The drive of the beat, combined with the slower melody over the top is the perfect combination! Well done!! The imagery is really nice too!
Haha, yeah all the cheesy stock footage does lend to the Babylon 5 vibe. Still a great show, so many memories of Sundays in 1995. There is a slight story to the order of songs on this album, but it’s rather thin so I don’t see Hollywood knocking on my door anytime soon. ;)
I have a subscription to Videoblocks.com so I just download from there. Can’t afford to buy single premium clips as $80 a piece so that site is the best and cheapest I could find. Granted a lot of the clips are cheesy It’s better than just a static image or me playing on the same keyboards over and over again. This is just space themed because I set out to make an album with space as the topic. I like sci-fi etc, but I know only what we were taught in school and what Vsauce and other channels teach us. 😄.
I'm here because of the recent LGR video. Great stuff!
same
Who is her because of LGR ?
GREAT TUNES 😉
Thanks! 😊
Sweet 80s amiga nostalgia
Jaw hits floor. Outstanding!
Why do I imagine this being the next Retro Grooves track?

Amazing...Spettacolare!!!
Hats off to Mr. Anders! Awesome arrangement! That synth part blew my mind. This is song went to my daily play list.
Glad you like it! Thanks! :D
You're a genius, good sir!

Thanks! Very glad to hear someone listening for stuff like this too. 😄🤓🤘🏼
Worth pointing out as well! 100% agreed.
@@AndersEngerJensen how do you achieve that in your chain? HPF's and LPF's to keep the different voices from stepping on each other?
Top form as always!
Great stuff.
Out of all the new tracks in the album, this is the one I like the most. So sad I can't buy it.

Awesome, thank you! Glad to hear such nice feedback. 😁
I love this. I'm no good at composing music myself. Good stuff.
Good stuff, Anders! Congrats on the release :)
Glad you like it! 😄 Thanks!
This is incredible. Why don't your videos get loads more views? FM love has always been my favourite track 😊
Good question! 😂 I guess the algorithm doesn’t work in my favour. I’m not putting out frequent enough nor interesting content I presume. 🤷🏼♂️😄

Dude this is epic. I want both vinyl and casette! lol. Love the space songs
Very nice indeed!
neat!
So when's the movie coming out? 😉 That sounded amazing. I feel like this should be in a Babylon 5 episode.

Sounds very chilled and futuristic. I'm looking forward to the physical release.
Are there any plans to release an album on MD again?
Love it!
Got to ask. Where do you get the video files from, and are you into space games, or just have a interest in space stuff?
