I’m pretty sure that’s still windows 10. It has rounded corners and new buttons, but the win 10 taskbar and desktop icons are still there, so unless there’s a program that lets you use the old taskbar again and it’s fully functional, I think this is just windows 10 with some windows style modifications
I can confirm this because the taskbar icon-background (the underlined line under the current focus app) is like windows 11and the search icon. He also uploaded a clip in his second channel and we can see that its windows11. Edit: Also the taskbar tray is the win11 one.

I accidentally found out blender can be launched directly from the path bar in explorer becuase of this setup screen (I think I used the release notes link to force a web browser to open and then proceed to watch a UA-cam video)
I like how it corrected your lower case error. And if these people don't know how to use the keyboard to control stuff without looking then they need to study more about how to use Windows.
I did it this way when that window spawned in the middle of me doing stuff. I did the same tactic, and it worked! The anti-Microsoft banter is the cream of the crop and the chef's kiss of a perfect video. :)
You can also start narrator to get audio feed back on what you're doing. Used to use it all the time when I was a kid to block the parental controls program from behind the time blocked screen. >:)
Hey Enderman, you can apparently do a similar thing after first installing windows when it asks you to create a user/sign in with microsoft account. I pressed Win+R combination to bring up the run window and then just type cmd to open the command prompt (no style points for this tho). Due to lack of knowlegde of windows processes, i didn't know which process it was. Killing it through the task manager made it spawn again. Tho I am sure you can pull this off. perhaps we can also use this in windows 11 to completely skip the whole process as one of the editions require you to have a microsoft acc before logging in
