The workout is looking great. Getting to do this tomorrow. As I am working now , I am simply enjoying the workout music with my new headset (all my favorite songs) while peeping occasionally at the exercises 💯 ❤

I just finished your new full-body workout, and I loved the way it was designed! It provided a great challenge, hitting all the right muscles and leaving my body feeling tired in the best way possible. The balance between strength and endurance exercises kept me engaged throughout. Thank you 😊 waiting for more ❤
How did I turn into play dough after just a 45-minute workout?🫠 Honestly I nailed every move except for one. The goblet cossack squat is a really cool move, but my knees didn’t agree with me.🤦🏻♀️ So, instead, I did lateral lunge with weight. I hope one day I’ll be able to do the goblet cossack squat too, I was really envious watching you.🤭 Thank you for this wonderful workout and also for your effort and energy, Chris&Edi. 🌟💖
