Goose Tickets + Tour Dates: goosetheband.com/tour Spotify: spoti.fi/3FO6f2K Goose Live from The Regency Ballroom in San Francisco, CA on January 29, 2022
My parent grew up touring w dead and when I was born we toured with widespread panic. I took my first steps at the first bonnaroo and haven’t been back since. Goose has a late night Friday show this year and I really can’t wait for the experience. This gives me “milleneal” jam band vibes and I grew up on jam bands. Love your comment. It took me back into my parents story’s.

@@brendantimmons5415 Thanks. I did. Planned to go to one show. Did both, and had a blast. Got on line early and helped secure balcony seats for a small group of friends. It was therapeutic..
I started listening to jam bands when I was a freshman in high school......many years ago. I'm grateful you guys have come along in my aged years. So Refreshing
Saw them at the San Diego and LA shows! Wow....2nd set S.D. Trevor's bass was so thick and pounding you could swim thru It! Loose Ends closer in LA was magical....My God People Check Them Out! You won't be disappointed. Gooooooose!
Honestly this is the best post phish jamband I have heard. You can hear influences, which is fine, but they write good songs with good vocals, and can twist ot up as good as anyone. They will be huge, and deservedly so.
Was at this show, first time seeing them live. Sunday night too. Hard to describe how good they are in person, as good as this video is it barely captures it. Do whatever you can to see them as many times as possible. I've already circled a bunch of dates.
I'm just seeing this comment on 12/31 but circled and attended 15 so far this year and 16 will be tonight! 2 at 930 Club, 2 at Westville, 2 at Legend Valley, Peach, 2 at Dillon, Red Rocks, 2 in Richmond, Fairfax and Reading Taboose shows, last night and tonight in Cincy. It's been quite a ride.

In 91 i first saw The Grateful Dead. In 92 i first saw the phish . In 96,97, i was on fall tour with phish seeing them tear the building down and completely melt faces night after night . Nothing has really compareed to watching these phine pholk stoke the fire everynight reaching new platform's of euphoria . As a musician almost forty years the growth they have achieved together is almost unmatched in its time . They Dive into these jams take a left at the milky way ,shoot past jupiter at the speed of light ,one second later they are rounding neptune coming back at you at warp speed and right before they hit you they disappear Into a wormhole and come out in a different galaxy and its all you can do to try to be in the same solar system with these kats . In case uour wondering yes yes this is the greatest band ever seen the only thing needed to be is the longevity if they give us forty years of this
I’ve only been at the mercy of amazing SBD recordings of Grateful Dead and Phish for my entire listening career… are you asserting that goose is surpassing both of these bands at this point in their career? Because some of those recordings are considered the best of the best (a la Eugene OR/Cornell/big cypress/countless phish shows) I don’t disagree, I just question the grounds on which you subjectivity put goose ahead of all of those high water marks. I personally have a deep love for goose so this doesn’t bother me… I’m just wondering if you are willing to put these guys ahead of all of those achievements
@@friscobay01 I think Im feeling him on this too lately. As a deadhead that was fortunate to catch the last few touring years for the GD and lots of 1.0-3.0 phish shows, Im blown away by these guys. I wasn't so much by spafford. But these guys get me moving. I own a cabin at the Spirit of the suwannee so I'm by no means lacking on good shows....but these guys kill it. That being said, I def think we are in a jam band renaissance right now with all the good talent playing.
If you are saying these guys have surpassed Phish .. you need to get back to a Phish show and they will remind you who is King Kong. Goose is great but they idolize Phish and phish would humble their jams at their will. Goose has a ton of potential and they absolutely get it but I was just at Phish MSG and they landed an entire mothership at MSG, let us take a seat, and flew 20,000 earthlings around the universe, and dropped us back off before anyone knew we were gone
Hilarious. That's my exact trajectory. 1st Dead - 1991 - Landover. 1st Phish - 92 Horde 95-99 I saw over 40 Phish shows Agree these guys are incredible, best post Phish jamband, bar none and they are just getting started . Just saw them with Trey at RCMH which was mind blowing for an old vet like me Cant wait to see them again
Thank you, Goose, for posting this show! I love y’all and the show is awesome! See you in NYC - Night 2. I’ll be up top jumping around like a 20-something.
Geeze man... like I believe the first jam band I fell in love with was Grateful Dead, then sts9, I’m so glad for Spotify to play things that it thinks I will like... that’s how I found u guys and tauk... fucking fire 🔥 u guys. Like I can’t believe it’s possible to rock this hard :) peace from Texas!
These videos are top notch, for sure. However, the live show just can't be described. As much as they show in these incredibly well produced videos, they are still a pale comparison to the depth of the live show.
My first GOOSE show was this past summer in Eau Claire WI @Pines, GREAT SHOW! GREAT BAND! That's all it took! Hook, line and sinker! I can't wait for the Minneapolis MN Feb 9th & the Madison WI Feb 10th shows! Going to both since i live halfway between both shows! I CAN'T WAIT!
This concert recording makes me so happy. One of my favorites they ever dropped. Beethovens fifth is so epic. And the doobie song is unreal, the whole thing really goes
Walter Murphy and The Big Apple Band 🙏 Unphucking believable! Now if we could get a McFadden & Whitehead cover for the Philly show in March...I will spontaneously combust 🤯💥
First impression was a bit underwhelming, as they left most of the heavy hitters off the setlist. However... Holy Mother of Empress! She ain't fuckin around on this night!
Me and the missus started as teens at Dead shows in the 90s... tonight we celebrate 20 years married and our first GOOSE show!!!!!!
Now that's class .kudos to ya'll .
Yah me too
That's awesome! You guys have amazing taste.

Not a jam band. They are an indie groove band from Connecticut.
