Hello mam I am a new mother my baby is 2 months old .Till now my milk supply was good its upto 150ml through pump also I can felt it because my breast are always hard and filled with milk. BUT 2 days ago I got cold I took paracetamol twice a day for 2 days and had some herbs like cinnamon, nutmeg with haldi milk. Suddenly I noticed my breast milk was dropped upto 30 ml. Now its been third day and I am pumping every hour for 10 to 15 min and no signs of increasing. I am worried what to do now...what should I take to increase milk supply again.

I take Mypill tablets as prescribed by doctor for heavy periods. My milk supply is so low almost no milk. What to do??
