    Dough:
    300g all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp salt
    150g cold butter, cubed
    1 tsp baking powder
    200g sour cream
    1 egg yolk
    Filling:
    250g walnuts, finely chopped
    100g granulated sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 egg white
    Topping:
    Powdered sugar, for dusting
    Instructions:
    1. Prepare the Dough:
    In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder.
    Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Add sour cream and egg yolk, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
    Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
    2. Prepare the Filling:
    In a separate bowl, mix the chopped walnuts, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg white until combined. Set aside.
    3. Assemble the Rolls:
    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a thin circle.
    Cut each circle into small triangles (like a pizza).
    Place a small amount of filling at the wider end of each triangle, then roll up towards the narrow end to form a crescent shape.
    4. Bake:
    Arrange the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
    Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown.
    5. Finish:
    Let the rolls cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar.
