Such a sweet lady that loves her family and home. The home was not excessive but just right. She enjoys the memories and appreciates the home since her and hubby did projects themselves to save money. I loved this about the hostess...just down to earth but with a bubbly personality. Thanks H/W

Wow wow wow this designer is a wizard at making esthetics work in a small home. Her home space is an absolute dream. The home feels larger than 1300 square feet. Because of this, she certainly hasn't comprimised with bringing in luxury and texture. She's going to be busy with her business after showcasing her little piece of heaven!
I love her!!!! A delightfully, unashamed collector that makes it all work so beautifully and functionally in a small home! It's now given me more ideas for my small space too!!! 💕
I love this house! No great room. All the walls haven't been taken down. It's small. Just a wonderful place. It truly embodies you and your family. Thank you for the tour.

Public confession: sometimes when I am struggling with insomnia, I imagine that I'm giving a tour of my little home for Homeworthy. 😂 Very relaxing, works like a charm! This home is a DREAM. I adore her layered style, and love that they're living cheerfully in their darling small house and filling it with charm and treasures. A favorite I will return to!
I imagine doing a HW tour too...and even go around doing it. However, I have to imagine how I would love my little house to be though as I dont have any money to put into it at the moment...😂
A real home! Love that it’s not a mansion or a grand estate, but that it’s a small home with a big heart, like most people have. What makes this home so special is the owner and the love and care she has put into it. Love, love, love all the books and art!
Such a pleasure to see someone who, uses and displays books as they were meant to be and not as stupid decor with their backs facing front or colour coded. Enjoy your lovely place
I've said this before whenever I've watched one of your episodes that make me feel like I am casually walking through the home of the host, and this has been one of those episodes. I love the house, the character it offers, and I'm available any time for a nice dinner and conversation!
💫~Wow! What a snazzy little cottage!! ~ Packed with panache! ~Comfy, cozy, gorgeous! Very maximalist for my taste but she made it work. All beautiful and inviting! She is also very interesting, very creative, cultured and well traveled!
This home tour made me so happy-seeing a home decorated in the style I love-with color, layered treasures, beautiful antiques and upholstered pieces, etc. This shows that a family of four can live a beautiful life in a house with less than 1500 square feet! Thanks so much for sharing this look into your lovely and warm home, but you didn’t show us your puppy!!
What I love is the LOVE you have for your home! There are many people who live in large homes, but don’t love them the way you love your cottage…..it’s never about the size, but how a home makes you feel! Your sweet loved & lived in home is delightful 🩷 There is NOT one corner of our patio home that doesn’t bring me JOY! I have filled our home with furniture and accessories that I love….nothing is expensive, but are priceless to me.
Love, love, love the house.HER collections and style. The fact that her art is not from well-known artists but pieces she likes says a lot about her and also the fact that she hasn´t gone for an enormous house just to show off
My favorite home tour so far! How could anyone not feel warmly welcomed! Latham’s wonderful personality and beautiful home is just like a big hug! Everything has a meaningful purpose. Absolutely beautiful!
What a quirky, cute home! What I appreciate most is the fact that this was a small home instead of a castle. Thanks so much for this wonderful home tour.
I love how this designer tells the story of her & her family’s lives via the items in her home. Love how she & her husband have made things work. Love that this is a real home.
Thank you for making a collected home so beautiful. I feel I have to apologize to people for my collected home. Glad to see we are still around. I love my collected things as well.
Just starting watching . I want to shed the word hoarder off my back! I will incorporate some of her ideas in my plan. I have some lovely pieces from family that needs to be beautifully displayed, so when I’m gone our grands will cherish them rather than donating. I don’t have lots of light but have some nice mirrors that will reflect the light I need. Thank you for your warm words.
My first hime was a 850 sq foot bungalow in 1/4 acre. I adored that little house! Latham and her husband have created a beautiful space for her family.💜
Breathtaking ❤❤love the rooms, a different take in each room, but so cohesive .. I am so glad she didn’t take the walls down. She has a great eye for detail. Oh my goodness the story about that rug. I would’ve framed it also.😭 thank you for your service to our country. Both of you made a sacrifice.
I live in Atlanta in a cottage-y neighborhood - and her house makes me feel at home! She spoke of wanting people to be comfortable; that resonates with me. ❤️
This is what you call a well lived in, yet immaculate home. I LOVED every corner and every story. One can tell it is a real family home. I enjoyed the authenticity, all the art and all the antiques.
My favorites… What she did to her daughters twin beds! Loved the addition (screened porch) her husband made. Loved the guest bedroom and the headboard she and hubby made. Love the panels in the living room and how she hung her artwork. Kitchen was nicely updated and the color was soothing. I loved how relaxed and elegantly she designed her home. Lastly…her adorable dress deserves a mention.
Lathem is absolutely delightful, so down to earth and real!! I love all the stories, shopping tag sales, estate sales and shops. Lovely, warm and inviting home. Most enjoyable video! Thank you so much.
This house is so interesting. I love all the art and collections being displayed. It seems like a good sized house. That slash room is just enough for a guest. She inspires me to add more art to my walls.
By far one of the most relatable homes I’ve seen on Homeworthy!! A small home can be beautifully put together to work for a family. Such great ideas to make a house a home! THANK YOU for sharing your tips, stories and lovely home with us!
I LOVE THIS HOUSE!!! Her taste and decor is FABULOUS!!! If I find a house with this floor plan, I will be encouraged to buy it, knowing that it can be beautiful like hers. I've watched this video AT LEAST 8 TIMES 🙂😃
This video is such a delight! Her personality and warmth is engaging and is truly reflected in her home, a look that I strive for. I can also relate to her penchant for collections and am going to steal her line about not being a hoarder because her things are curated! Gotta love it!
Cool to see a gallery wall over a mural, Iooks cool. Those bouquets are gorgeous & yes backyard is awesome. As a Yankee ☺, I can only dream of having a screened living room type of space outside like that! Porch bragging rights! I like the approachable table settings. Feels pretty & curated but relaxed enough for kids. The curio cabinet heirloom she fixed up looks great too!
She is inspiring. It's all about the love for her family, travel and history. A beautiful welcoming and practical home, with a clever use of space. I can relate to all those books too ! ❤
I love the identity that the owner created for this home. There is no way to buy the look from a store....because each piece is curated over time with love and attention to detail. There is a strong sense of family and home here...often lacking in interior design. Love it! Thank you for sharing and inspiring the viewer to do the same. 🏡💕
Glad to see someone that is normal and down to earth. Don’t have to spend a lot of money to make a home feel and look beautiful. She has what she likes and don’t follow trends 😊
I loved the home and it made me remember why I keep all those beautiful collected things I love so much. I love the porch and while ours is somewhat smaller, its our living room in the nice weather. 💕 Great presentation.

There are so many things to love about this home. I am enthralled with the gallery walls, the books, and the printed drapes. So many designers I've watched say no to all these things. Horray for a designer that shows how beautiful these things can be in a real home!
Every room in this house resonates with me. Her taste is exquisite, from the patterns and textiles to the art and antiques. It's personal and cozy but chic, functional and well designed. Give me a small, historic house that's full of warmth and meaning over a showy, cold McMansion any day.
How lovely to see a beautiful smaller home. The hostess/owner of each home really makes the watch so much richer....this woman was so lovely and clearly loves the home she has created for her family.
She’s down to earth and exudes warmth as does her home. Great taste and beautifully curated objects d’art but you feel like you could sit down and be comfortable in any room. ❤️
Beautiful home and love the size of the home and how nicely you have decorated each space. So cozy and beautiful. Love love all of the artwork filling all the walls. I too collect as many prints for the walls, just love the look and many I find in my travels and all mean something. This is definitely my type of home.
I have watched many Homeworthy episodes. This Georgia bungalow is one of the best I have seen. I usually fast-forward most of the room-by-room descriptions of all the contents of each room, but I thoroughly enjoyed hearing the stories behind all the collections and photos and found myself interested in hearing the way they were displayed and the history of each item. The home is so eclectic and comfortable. You can see the love that created this beautiful place with her passion for making her home a haven. Thank you for sharing!
Awww...She is so darling and fun! I have a 1947 bungalow in a Southern California resort town that is very famous for it's midcentury modern homes but also has some great homes from the 20s through the 40s. There were about 800 identical bungalows built for Veterans returning home from WWII and it's amazing to see what has happened to them over time. Mine was a foreclosure, fortunately intact, just needing some TLC but we have done our best to keep it original. It is such a sweet home, and very hard working also! The entry is the same, you walk straight into the living room so furniture placement & scale is key. Funnily enough, we have the same marble dining table as y'all! It's lived many lives as a family home, and often a long term or seasonal rental. People always fall in love with it's charm. I love to see how folks choose to decorate it and move things around & make it their own. So much creativity in a small space! I am a huge fan of the bungalow style in general. So functional and practical and yes, they do "hug" you. Thanks for all the beautiful inspiration & tips and treasures! Love your forest panels and gallery wall - so clever - as well as all the bookcases, esp the rotary. The shutter doors are great! We had heavy, wood and glass doors that had been added to all the bedrooms (!). Soundproof, but not too private. One of the renters actually "frosted" them with a film, it actually came out great and we decided to leave them that way. What a smart idea to add glass & mirror to the dining cabinet. Great porch! Those are the best coziest outdoor sofas I think I've seen. Dreamy!
Love your home. You speak my language most definitely. Mirrors and artwork are one of my obsessions as well -Oh yeah and lamps. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
I’m not even ten minutes in and I am already obsessed and inspired. She’s fabulous! This is already a favorite! She’s top tier like Bunny Williams! GODDESSES!
Thank you for opening your home to show us around! Your home is full of inspiration and character and really proves that you can be on a budget to make a home your masterpiece! The art, colors, and fabric you chose and curated really bring it all together. One of the best homeworthy homes in my opinion. 🏠♥️
What a beautiful home! A real homey home! And the lady is so charming😊 The decor is a bit to much for me, although I also collect books and am addicted to mirrors and art, but it suits her style and the home so well👍 Every room is warm and inviting and lovely. But most I love the girls room with the elegant drapery behind these cozy beds. When I saw this room, I immediately wanted to be a child again and live in such a lovely place!! 😀 Thanks for the tour of this lovely home and all the best to the family🍀 Greetings from Germany 😊
Decatur, Georgia has two of the neatest women and the area is blessed that they are both designers! Latham and the other girl (can't remember her name) have two of the realist homes I truly enjoyed being invited into. The special framed pieces here are so beautiful and I would never think to have so many but it works. Thank you so much for sharing your home and all your loves!! God Bless!!
Beautiful home! I loved that this woman framed several items that meant something to her! The rug, the child’s drawing, etc. Attractive woman who made her home one of my favorite of this channel!
This was one of the best tours I've watched maybe because my home is tiny and I too love books and art everywhere!! I loved her and her very beautiful, curated, cozy home.
This has to be one of my favorites, and it’s hard because so many homes featured on here are all stunning but this one is special because of its size and her love of her life. She didn’t let the size of her home stop her from doing and decorating with everything she loved and wanted. I have a small 1400 sq ft ranch style home and this was inspiring to see how she made her home feel larger and what she did with small spaces. It’s wonderful when you have a partner who is very handy too! I’m also a maximalist but when I see other people’s collections I feel like I haven’t gone overboard 😂. I really enjoy seeing what brings other people joy and what their home says about them. I find these are my types of people and are infinitely more interesting and welcoming, I love that.

Lol, that's an anomaly these days. I don't know how people live in their staged homes. No history or memories, no coziness or comfort. It's all so blah and bland.
Such a beautiful storied home!❤
Real homes have soul and are so beautiful and personal ❤

This home would give me anxiety lol. I can't handle clutter but to each their own.
She certainly made the very most of a smaller space- love her personality!
Wow wow wow this designer is a wizard at making esthetics work in a small home. Her home space is an absolute dream. The home feels larger than 1300 square feet. Loved the way this lady spoke about their home - she used ‘we’ and ‘ours’ a lot - it was really about her family 💚
The soul of this home is everything! It was so touching to see the love poured into these walls.

Love this lady! Her house is a lovely home, and she doesn’t use “LIKE” as a filler word!
The use of like and other filler words is an indication of lack of intellect.

Beautiful home and lovely lady.
Authentic and beautiful through and through. Especially love the books! I spotted several favorites.
Beautiful home! I love the fact it is small and you have curated it so well!
God Bless!!
The porch built by her husband is gold! It fits the house, unpretentious, inviting, and it invites you to relax.
I love small houses and this house is beautiful, cozy, perfect. When the children are gone a small house is more appreciated.
❤️❤️❤️❤️ this house
Love this place. You are definitely a maximalist --somehow it all works together. Just lovely.
What a truly beautiful home! Most beautiful is it’s soul. God bless the family that made it into what it has become.
This is the best Home Tour Yet! Beautiful Home and Style.
Beautiful! Lathem is just adorable! I just want to hang out with her & talk for hours. Love her home & the stories she tells.
Lovely, Lathem! Thanks for sharing…it’s as fabulous as you are!😉👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 So proud of “Aiken’s own!”
