I have a few questions. Your process seems much more efficient. I run a crew for a school district, and we do it very differently. After applying the stripper, once you start using the swing machine, doesn't the pad get gunked up? Do you always go all the way down?
You should have a splash guard on machine. Stripper will remove paint from the walls etc. A long handle scrapper is faster and easier to do corners edges. A commercial grade dehumidifier will remove 3 gallons of water from the air in 6 hours time. I always call and tell them to turn the air conditioner on . No air i charge more $$$$. The Floor finish that dries slow dries bad.

Nice work my friend. How much do you charge per square feet for tile and grout cleaning and if you have to add wax.
Never ad wax to tile and go out vct is usually $1 sq.

Do you think the CRB would work for scrubbing the wax off too???
no it would get gunked up pretty fast.
