    ✅Ingredients
    50 gr of fresh yeast
    2 tbsp neutral oil (sunflower)
    250ml of warm milk
    650 grams of flour
    200g of butter
    200gs. of sugar
    3 eggs
    80g of raisins
    2/3 small apples
    1 tbsp vanilla essence
    Salt (a pinch)
    How to make 80-punch cake step by step
    0:45 Put the yeast in a container and add the warm milk Stir. Add two tablespoons of sugar. Integrate until the yeast dissolves. Cover and set aside for about 15 minutes. Until foamy!
    1:38 In a bowl put the 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons of sugar, honey, vanilla essence, salt, 2 tablespoons of neutral oil, the zest of a lemon and finally the yeast ferment...

    Cut more or less uniform slices. The important thing is that they have the same width.
    Place them as if they were cinnamon rolls in a Savarin-type mold or a can, buttered and floured, leaving spaces between the rolls so they can rise.

    10:50 Bake in an oven without preheating at 160° for 45/55 minutes or until golden brown.
    If you wish, you can make a syrup with half a cup of sugar and half a cup of water. Brush the cake as soon as it comes out of the oven.

    esta a de estar de Viciiioooo!. muchas gracias. Ahora sí que, me he quedado con los grados de horno !😅 La manteca ...se refiere a la manteca de cerdo...o a la mantequilla?

      Holaaa, Lola ... se refiere a la mantequilla de crema o natilla de leche.
      También se puede hacer con manteca de cerdo. Son gustos diferentes quedan muuuy bien los dos.

    Raul, me olvide de preguntar, si no le pongo pasas de uva, perderia la escencia de la torta?

      Para nada. En realidad la receta original no lleva pasas de uva, ni manzana y tampoco nueces o Almendras. Como digo en el video ES SUPER RECARGADA y es por todos éstos agregados. Sin nada de eso queda increíblemente rica también. Saludos
