hey there. you have immense information i must appreciate this. most of clinics do not know this even. i think your videos must be seen by as many people as possible so that this information is spread everywhere. although the transfer of embryos may also depend upon the patient because one thing works for one may not work for on another so it depends.
Thank you for clarifying this subject, it is very important to know for some patients.

Thanks a lot doctor... I am 38 and my only 2 embryos transfer were unsuccessful... Both were frozen and PGS tested... One did not implant and one miscarriage... I always wondered if the freezing, thawing testing processes somehow made them weaker... I wish I came across the video earlier...

Wow, thank you for this info. I am a healthy 36 year old with unexplained infertility but diagnosed with DOR and am about to do second IVF attempt and I thought if I am lucky to get a blastocyst, maybe I should freeze and wait for my hormones and uterus to recover but now perhaps not?

What about for older women, isn't the chance of Down's syndrome higher if they do a fresh transfer ?

What is considered the cut of age for poor prognosis? Past 35?

Hey did you success? We are extremely same boat...
I'm no doctor or fertility expert but with pcos. And I might just be wrong here but losing weight helps in treating the condition. And sometimes even pcos is insulin resistance related aswell. Reason being insulin resistance makes your body store fat and also effects especially those pocs hormones. Check your thyroid aswell. I'm hoping that I don't offend you somehow, but studies have shown even dropping some weight goes along way to get your hormones on track and improving egg quality. Insulin resistance makes it nearly impossible to lose weight unless you treat it with medication or eating different
What if you are a 43 yr old women with no medically explained complcations and produced 8 eggs and 3 in blast? I hope someone see this and advise because my Dr said freeing would be best.
Congratulations..sorry I don't have an answer for you..but I am going tmw too see if the meds make my follicles grow..same egg I hope to be as lucky as you 8 eggs is 3 golden eggs great results. My doctor plan for refresh transfer if all goes well. I will ask tmw why...
Hi, I’m 42 and I produced 9 mature eggs of which 7 have fertilized and are currently being analyzed to see how many make it to the blastocyst stage. My div advised to transfer 2 fresh embryos. Good luck to you!

As an older 45 year old with no eggs I will be hopefully going for embryo donation. Can you advise is it better for fresh double donation or frozen embryo? There is quite a big difference in price but I just want to give myself the best chance. I've had a previous miscarriage with donor eggs.

@@ankittack5718 I never knew this then again this year I turned 40 so I was told in my 30s frozen is better than fresh but now that I'm 40 I guess I might try fresh transfer

Hello @@inessamardzic5927 my Hormones was up that time, so fresh transfer didn't happen but there are 4 couple with us for fresh transfer they all successful now they carrying 12weeks healthy pregnancy
