You know what the worst part is continuing your tww with the possibility if it being positive late in mind- only to never know that two days after transfer it may not have survived and you're continuing your tww as if you have precious cargo. That's the hardest! You'll never know.
Honestly
I believe with all my heart there’s extraordinary power from up above
True 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Can I please ask if it is safe to travel after getting a positive pregnancy test result (following embryo transfer) as I will be having treatment overseas so have to get on a long haul flight plus a long train and subway journey afterwards to get home. Or is it best to fly 24hrs after transfer? I'm 51 if that helps? Thanks x
Yes absolutely, but avoid vigorous exercises and also don't take stress avoid processed and junk food, avoid lifting heavy weights, All the best and may God bless you 💟

Having embryo transfer and assisting hatching helps? What chances
My husband and I had a stillborn at 37 weeks due to Nuchal cord 6 months ago. I am 37 and had my husband is 43. We finally decided to use our frozen eggs to try again and used a euploid embryo. I took a rapid test at home just as a precaution a couple days before the transfer. My FET of a blastocyst was 32 hours ago. 10 hours post FET, I started having Covid like symptoms and 10 hours later I tested positive for COVID. I have a low grade fever and I am taking acetaminophen 500 mg every 4- 6 hours. Will this affect my genetically tested day5 blastocyst to implant? I am trying to control the fever, keeping myself hydrated, and still take my PO Estrace and IM progesterone as prescribed. I would really appreciate your feedback
You tested COVID because you probably vaccinated yourself. But sounds like your body was trying to recognize the embryo you had put in. Hopefully you kept the pregnancy and advance in your motherhood journey.
I don’t use any pain killers.. try massage instead. Home massage and relaxing.
I hope things went OK. I remember after transfer for some odd reason I got a really bad fever! I took paracetmol and was fine.
Bt i dnt have any heavy work so it is ok to conceive it
I know one women dose not eat good food only bread and tea and she gets pregnant every year.
Genetics lol. I know a woman who was smoking daily, drinking, and on crack. Still got pregnant!
That is the unfair truth about life that is unexplained and out of our control.
@@jacquelineplaatjies9052 yes 👍 genetics plays role controls our life
Me too, I know lots of women who never care about health care and got pregnant. It's God choices not Doctors choices!
Can stress affect implantation doctor?
Yes stress causes a dip in hormones and may cause failure
Dr., I’ve recently undergone two frozen embryo transfers. The first one did not implant, the second one did and resulted in a pregnancy lasting five weeks and five days. All of my embryos are from donor eggs and have been PGS tested. The last embryo transfer that lasted five weeks and five days ended in a miscarriage. I’ve been trying to get answers but nobody’s seemingly knowing how to answer my question. Why would I have miscarried this pregnancy if I’m healthy, the embryos are healthy and I’m doing everything right? Why did this happen? And my next question is am I going to be able to carry a full term pregnancy at this point after having this miscarriage?. I do not have polyps in my uterus, my uterus is anatomically correct. No signs of uterine abnormalities, we also used Endometrial scratch and Neupogen the second go around To ensure pregnancy. I just don’t know what went wrong. It’s been very sad. I am going on my second week after miscarriage. Can you help?
Just don't lose your hope. Everything will be fine dear. Have more confident and do some breath exercise that helps us to relax.. I always listen believer song to increase my hope
I've just shared this. I'm through de ivf passed abroad. We got successful from the 2nd shot, the 1st failed. I lead a 'perfect' lifestyle - physically active, enough sleep patterns, healthy eating, no alcohol, no extra coffeine..Took every other supplement under the sun and every possible vitamin set. Still my shot 1 failed, my body couldn't hold the embryo..You just never know what influences the result. I'm sorry you faced heartbreaking mc - this is such a tragedy to overcome..I'm hoping time will heal your emotional wounds so that you'd get absolutely ready for the next cycle. Praying for you.
This waiting is so tough to go through..We passed donor egg cycle abroad resulting in our adorable son. Just before I got my positive on my home prenancy test, I knew something was different! I had bloating and cramping different !! to AF. Bloating was very low down. Cramping was not that painful feeling I used to have all my life. I also had tingeling nipples. My boobs were very sensitive. Next came the morning sickness. Following into all day sickness and peeing a lot. I also had some pinkish spotting for a couple of hours. Then a brownish spot. After all these symptoms experienced I got a nice strong BFP.
Hi. I don't know if this would help you but I'm doing injections to prevent clots and baby aspirin. Talk to your IVF doctor. Also I saw this lady having lots of miscarriages and those 2 things helped her.
Check for immunological causes. Hla dq gene. Nk cells.
Hi Dr. I'm age 44 hoping my IVF transfer will success in the next 2 month's. I watched many videos in the Yutube about IVF transfer before you will need to diet stop eating meat, seafood no white rice no carb you will not able to go to work at least a week etc...I do worried because my job is kinda hard working overnight stocking lefting heavy stuff now I found you here all you said are makes sense rather than hearing about those women's having IVF embryos process on their yutube channels. Thank you Dr. for this video you make my day more confident.
monet cannon Hi, how did you go with your transfer? I think you still need to have some rest after the transfer day and do not list heavy stuffs.
Were you successful with your Ivf?
