You guys are awesome! I had you at my house twice this year. Thank goodness it was too early for babies. For anyone that needs a raccoon removal, do yourself a favour and get the roof vents covered at the same time. That's why they came to my house twice. Once to put the one way door on the initial point of entry to our attic. I opted to wait and see what would happen, and the raccoon decided to make another point of entry. Haven't had any fur friends since. I love them but none of us want them making homes in our houses.

Love your content! From Buffalo, NY- I had a raccoon in my inaccessible attic 3 weeks ago. I was able to find and remove the 5 1.5 week old babies and reunite them with mom then cover access after she relocated them! The insight your channel provided was invaluable!

About 25 years ago I had the same issue with a mom and 3 babies. She ripped a hole in my roof ($600 in damage) getting her babies out, got spooked and returned them all to the attic. Goofy neighbors acted like I was raising raccoons to eat their children - so vicious, you know. Only company I found willing to remove raccoons was a trapper in his 70s missing at least 4 fingers. He had me convinced the mom would fall through the ceiling and attack us. He caught the 3 mobile babies, and only then did I think to ask what what he'd do with them. (Destroy(. He set traps for the mom, caught all the neighborhood cats and I told him to be done. Poor mom came back and stared at me thru the kitchen window in daylight looking so forlorn, as though saying, "Why?" If only I knew then what I know now. 😥

@@americanjedi5952 This company is from Ontario Canada. I love that this company save wildlife ……. We have to save our wildlife because in Canada we r taking their habitats. Glad to hear you actually cared and would do things differently. I do hope the trapper didn’t destroy them but he probably did Because he is a trapper.

I have a nylon fish net at home just in case i find young raccoons in the bottom of dumsters. They grab onto the net immediately. Dont use any other material that can cause them to get caught in the net. Once they were adolescents & heavy so i had to just release them from the top of the dumpster. I saw one of them walk towards the wild area. The other one was still under a car. They were not tiny so they figured it out im sure. Mom was not there yet.

I live in Ohio. I was talking to a girl today that works for her family owned business doing wildlife extractions. She said that laws are different in Ohio and raccoons are not released after they catch them. I didn't ask what they do with them after catching them because I was afraid of what I would do and say to her. I am investigating the laws here so I can report this to proper people. I Love all wildlife and especially raccoons and there kits.

@@jerimorgan4114 Where are they located? I live in So California. People are really into rehab and relocating wildlife back into the wild etc. Never heard of releasing an animal back into a LARGE neighborhood, for the very reasons I previously listed. If the law states they must release them back into a neighborhood, that state doesn't have a favorable view of raccoons They have to know sooner rather than someone is going to eliminate the problem permanently.
