Hello. Which one are you referring to the one in the tube or in the glass bottle! Thanks! I love their new one in the bottle but the dropper applicator is a mess.
@@tiradomaribel9436 the one in the tube!! I haven’t tried the one in the bottom yet but I have the one in the tube and it’s so good! I have dry sensitive skin and it gives the perfect amount of coverage and glow for me
I don't buy or try much makeup because the insanely mass of products that's out there feels too overwhelming for me to decide let alone find out what's good. Instead I just browse your videos & up to now evey time I got something because you recommended it, I was blown away by it
I tried the l’Oreal age perfect concealer after seeing in one of your comment sections that it was a dupe for the kosas one and it is literally the best concealer I have tried in my LIFE!! I want to use it everyday! You have to try it!! 😊
Recently I tried Haus Laboratories (Amazon) Cream shadow - shade: Retro. And WOW, it’s really good! The color, the formula, the consistency, the lasting power…… everything was great! I have a feeling you’d enjoy it too. Oh! And Ulta makes a beautiful wet looking shadow. It’s Ulta’s Lustrous Foil Shadow. Shade: Silver Leaf. (peachy- silver) You’ve gotta try it!
@@brigitte9999 I think so! Like Amanda said it has a thin consistency that’s easy to work with. I saw Jessica Braun didn’t like it and I was surprised because I think it’s nice!
I love the way you do your makeup. It’s hard to find a beauty channel that also aligns with the way I like to do my own makeup. I have several eyeshadow palettes that only have one shade used up because I also love that sheer wash/glossy/ grungy look. Right now I’m obsessed with northern lights in the ruby may purple haze palette now that it’s fall and it’s a darker shade but still translucent and sparkly. It’s the prettiest shade.
I’m so tempted by beauty pie now, first seeing The Anna Edit use their products and now you, two of my faves and most trusted beauty connoisseurs! I must know, what base makeup are you wearing in this video please? You look ethereal!
I tossed my Lip Injection because it turned the skin around my lips red and I found it irritating! I took your advice and got the Physician's Formula Lip plumper and LOVE LOVE it! So, YES YES YES!!
I love having fancy feeling makeup. That said, I have been completely obsessed with Essence, The Blush, in the shade Bespoke. It is absolutely beautiful and it was only $3.00. I try to rotate through the makeup that I have, but I always “cheat” and put it back in my make up bag.
Their gelee powder blushes and gelee powders in the face palette are the exact same as the Nars 2019 Exposed Cheek Palette, their coral blush is a DIRECT dupe of one of the shades, shade, texture all spot on. Same goes with the Gelee bronzer in the face palette being the same as my Nars Bord De Plage palette from years back. These are my favourite types of formulas for cheek products. CT, Givenchy, Nabla, Nars all do Gelee powders for so so much more. I only hope they release more shades as I'd love some more warm toned shades. Across the board BP tends to have mostly cool toned shades e.g blushes and eyeshadow sticks (apart from foundations and concealers which are great). I recently tried their concealer and really like it, I'm the same concealer shade as you usually so there might not be one spot on shade, I'm between 100 Ivory(really cool toned almost grey but great if concealer is too warm) and 150 Shell (warm yellow toned), I wish they had a more peachy/neutral shade. It's a really nice medium coverage, buildable but not drying, flexible concealer. I'd really recommend it. I could go on and on hahah
Thanks for the solid swatches! I have looking for milani blush palette swatches since it first came out and every review before yours consisted of the reviewer applying only one color and so sheerly that it was hard to see tone. The bold, side by side hand swatches are crucial to my decision making.
I tried the Physicians Formula Diamond Plumper because of your recommendation and I am in LOVE!! it's so good, the formula and the shades are incredible, especially for the price!
I really enjoy these drugstore videos. I buy both drugstore and high-end products but honestly, the drugstore offers so much variety and high quality products that I tend to gravitate towards those now. Also, I just have to tell you that your makeup always looks so soft, beautiful and effortless, and so as a result, very elegant in a youthful way!
Amanda. I have to tell you. The balm Balm Beach is a "dupe" of the Pmg fleurtatious blush. The pmg is double the price and double the quantity if you get it on sale, and a touch more satiny
Yes! I love the pink velvet color in the BP shadow sticks, mascara and highlighter wand. The Lip oil felt so nice but didn’t agree with my lips. Just discovered the L’Oréal lip balm-in-gloss! Such a great formula similar to FitGlow lip serums - give them a try!!
I’m so happy to see you reviewing Beauty Pie! I’m trying out their mascara in brown today as well as their luminizing wand. Would love to see you do a follow up on your feelings of phytosurgence cream eye shadows. I’ve been enjoying them.
So excited to see you try beauty pie. I have been so happy with my purchases. I need to try to the lip oils now! I would love to see your tutorial on shaping your face with crème blush.
You should try the BP tinted moisturiser, japanfusion cleanser and moisturiser if you haven’t yet. They have excellent ingredients and the tinted moisturiser wears beautifully.
Wonderful video as always! I have the same idea, it's not good if it's "good for the price." Since you are asking for great finds: I use the WetnWild tinted hydrator almost daily-$5 AND the Half Caked Candy Paint balms for (bronzer/highlighter/blush). I use these in almost every video I post if you are curious how they look/swatch/perform, but let's just say they are amazing and I even call them waterproof. I did a demo in my bronzer declutter video. Seriously Amanda, I think you would be as obsessed with this formula as much as I am. Typically have sales for 3 for $22. The formula blends so well and is somehow dewy fresh but hella pigmented and lasts all day on my oily dehydrated acne prone skin. Can't say enough good things. And their shades, they actually have cool toned non orange 🍊 shades. I think you'd love them!
I would love a video on dimensional/face shaping blush looks. I’ve seen some versions of it in some Chinese make up tutorials but a lot of the brands used aren’t really available over here and I’m confused on what shades to pair in other brands especially for the more contour like tones to recede parts of the face. So if you do it would love some brand/shade recommendations!
I don't think I buy makeup enough to justify a subscription service to a makeup company, but those formulas really are beautiful. I also love the Milani cream blushes, but I wish they had better shades. The liquid formula has a more interesting shade selection
Beauty Pie now offers a $10 day pass if you don’t want to commit to a annual subscription. As a BP member for years I will say the subscription has been worth it for their skincare alone. I’ve converted most of my skincare and cleansers to BP. They also have home fragrances, candles, and other things that may make it worth it, or just try their day pass and stock up on items at the member price.
Hi Amanda! Love your content and I’m excited to investigate beauty pie. Would you say that their lip oil is comparable to the roen liquid lip balm? That one is my favorites but I’d love to try something more affordable.
I really love ur makeup collections...i got everything which u mentioned in previous videos...especially single eyeshadow pots...only ulta beaty hard to fibd in sydney...if u know where to purchase..please let me know...thank u..🤗😊
I fell so surprisingly in love with those Elf lip liners that I bought backup upon backup of the Mauve shade. It's my perfect MLBB colour of which I'm always in search. Next to try is definitely the Light Brown shade! I'm beyond all of you in the U.S. who have access to BeautyPie. Perhaps one day soon they will grace us here in Canada. Love your channel! xo Wendy
I'm the same way. Affordable makeup isn't worth it if it doesn't perform well on my skin. I absolutely love the Milani cream blushes. They last really well on my skin, blend great and look natural. Yes. Please do a video on adding dimension to the face. I swatched the Buxom lip plumper and honestly the Elf lip plumper worked just as good for me at 1/3rd the price. I'm still searching for the Physicians Formula.
Love the PF plumper. Wondering if you tried the Beauty Pie cream cheeks? I'm a member but hesitate on some of the make up since I can't see in person. I'd love a dedicated review of their lip & cheek products with color swatches if u think the formulas warrant it.
I am absolutely interested in a video about using blush to shape your face! I think that would be super helpful especially for people who don’t like bronzers :)
"the shape of this lipliner is kind of like, pizza" 😂 i loved that so much. i had no idea that milani palette was out! i hope they continue to expand the shades!!!
Another great video Amanda! Question - how do you feel the Luminizing Wand compares to the CT Spotlight Wand? Their packaging is so similar and the claims of the two seem very similar. Are there any differences that you notice?
I have Goldie in the shadow stick from beauty pie and dislike them. The color fades throughout the day and creases. I have tried with and without primer. I don't have this problem with bobbi brown or Laura mercier. I will remain faithful to them. I was pretty disappointed in the items I tried. The skincare I tried was also heavily perfumey (includes the neck and chest spray-sticky and sooo strong). The blush I tried was glittery and I don't buy glittery blushes . After my complaints about lack of info they updated their description/info.
I’ve been curious of Beauty Pie. Does anyone know if there’s another monthly fee after the annual subscription? I thought I heard someone mention that. Also what is shipping like? I’d probably just get a few skincare items and makeup to try.
No there is no additional monthly fee. Shipping has been about $8 or $9 flay fee so I usually place a large order when I shop, but recently they have had free shipping offers if you purchase over a certain dollar amount and just today I noticed they have free shipping if you buy at least 7 products so it looks like they are experimenting with those kinds of offers. They now offer a day pass for $10 if you don’t want to commit to a year and try it out for a day
