Whoever they have in charge of creating their new lines needs a raise lol. They’ve done great! And other drugstore brands are catching on to Elf’s success, and now they’re creating better products too! I hope it keeps getting better and better 😊🙏🏼
SO MUCH GOOD OMG. The sunblock, the sticky primer, the halo glow(the lightest shade is a bit too dark for me though which sucks), the big mood mascara, their lip stains... its all just SOOO GOOD.
My daughter, who is 25, has loved Elf since she was in jr high. She used to watch Tati and told me about her. The only thing that she's changed up in her routine is her eyeshadow palettes, which I supply to her, and her foundation, which, I got her to try Purlisse Ageless Glow and she fell in love as well. You can afford an occasional splurge when the rest is inexpensive Elf and Ordinary skincare.
I think the only reason that the new Elf lipsticks have the dirty names is because it’s supposed to dupe Nars, which always has dirty names.
But it's still stupid, right?
Absolutely. It was stupid when Nars did and and still is now that Elf has. There are many other higher end brands that have odd names too. Pretty uncomfortable.

I use the Halo powder just on top of primer for a natural look. My skin doesn't always need foundation due to good skin care. I have the best skin I've ever had at 70.

Eyebrows are just a bug-a-boo for so many of us. I found micro blading the way for me. I was having a major surgery done and knew I would feel so much better to have brows on. Nurses, women and men, commented on how good my brows looked. I also think we look younger with good brows. You look beautiful.
I never know what "good pricing" for good microwaving should be. Would you mind sharing how much yours cost? I've been considering it but don't know what to expect!
I feel like that makeup has come such a long way in looking more like skin these past couple of years im super here for that.
For sure, being 48 where I started wearing a full face of makeup since the late 80's when I was 13 (the first time my mom told me I looked really pretty after a Mary Kay party), I've seen both makeup and skincare come miles. It's so wonderful now that products actually do what they say they do much more often.

That end result was amazing! See, we absolutely cannot tell when we’re wearing high-end or budget makeup. Drugstore makeup has improved sooo much within the last 5 years, it’s insane how good it is. There really isn’t any reason to spend all our hard earned dollars on that expensive makeup, making people, and companies, even more rich than they already are! We need to save that money, and spend it on experiences, and trips to make memories. The makeup really does look just as good. I really liked your eyeshadow better after you added that pop of yellow! Such a great look
ELF has really great products & so happy you loved most of them. Their “stay all night” is a great supe for the UD all-nighter & their dewy coconut mist is great too for dewy look.
OMG YES! Love that ELF setting spray! It's literally leas than half as much as UD and IMO smells better. I always have stuff in my cart with ELF, as I cannot be without my skinncare or wow brow, so once I need to stock up on one if those I grsbbsoemthing else I wanna try!
I’ve used the brow gel in the pot from elf for years and I refuse to use anything else. It never fails me and I’ve been asked if my brows are micro bladed lol. I love this

I love the green Elf grip primer. To me it's a perfect dupe for Milk's grip primer but so much cheaper. I too use it together with Elf's glow liquid filter. I think it's an amazing combo together :)

Elf’s lipstick shade Drive ended up being the absolute perfect pinkish nude for me and it took years for me to find a one product nude that evens out my natural lip color effortlessly. I used to have to use a lip liner and a brown lipstick/lip gloss of sorts. I’m just grateful that shade exists and it’s $9 AND it’s an amazing formula.
I love Elf, L'Oreal, Maybelline, CoverGirl and always WetNwild..... They make it fun to play, feel beautiful and not have to spend too much on make-up. ❤️

I love love the O Face lipsticks, they stay on so well, even through eating and drinking and if you blot they are almost transfer proof but still keep their color.

Every time Tati tries on new make-up or skin care product. I rush to the store and when I am looking for a certain make-up product or skin care product she used or tried for the first time. I have take out my phone and go back to watch her videos while I’m in the make-up isle to look for a certain product she was using. Love you Tati. Because of your honest reviews. I started getting my brows laminated, shaped, and tinted last fall, and I LOVE it! You should give it a try Tati! It makes me look like I have way more going on than I do, but still looks natural. It’s one of the things I choose to keep up with and it’s worth it for me. It lasts 6-8ish weeks.

I feel the same about the raunchy names. It’s definitely too much. Especially because a lot of drugstore makeup is marketed to a younger/teen crowd (especially in tiktok advertising!!!) due to it being more affordable. I walked into Ulta and there was a big ol “O Face” kiosk and it was like great, thanks for that lol. There’s definitely 11-12 year olds going in and out of there for bath bombs and such.

Brow lamination is awesome if you want the look of fuller brows! And I think it will look great on you since your natural brows are not thick, so it will not make them too big after the lamination if you know what I mean 😅(wolverine look).

Tati don't EVER be shy about gifts from James. Our husband's work hard for us, and to provide for us. You can be proud and not be snooty. You work hard too. I am proud FOR YOU. We traveled and lived in a RV for 10 years to afford our dream Ranch on the bay! I refuse to NOT be proud of my home/ be shy about sharing photos online... my husband and me lived like bagabonds for a decade in the prime of our lives. I pat in my power grip primer so I don't tug at my skin, cuz that stuff really is like super glue. Also, the cheekbones with just the concealer are giving me straight Maleficent vibes, I love it!

A good affordable dupe for the Laneige sleep mask is the Pacifica lavender moon overnight lip treatment! I love it! I remember a video of Drew Barrymore taking the lipstick she was wearing and blending it on her cheeks and I think it’s a brilliant idea!

I love elf. They have stepped it up in the last few years. What I don’t get ,is why nobody is talking about the elf primer that’s illuminating. Omg !! Run and get it . I’m normal to dry and I have never used anything so perfect . My foundation looks amazing . Your makeup looks so good . I just love it .
Which one is that from ELF?
I wonder if they’ve reformulated it, because years ago their illuminating formula was terrible. Huge chunky gold sparkle and a whipped dry texture which was strange for an illuminating (not pore filling) primer

I use the halo glow liquid highlighter as actual highlighter after foundation since I’m an oily gal and it is the BEST for that. I know it will last forever too, but it’s dewy without being sticky or lifting foundation or having glitter. I can’t say enough good things about it and people have been asking what foundation I’m using because they think it’s the foundation making me dewy. 😂😂
I get my brows laminated every three months. My left brow hairs grow down and my right ones grow up so this is the only way they look even. I love how easy my brows are to work with after they are laminated. Highly recommend
Love both of those primers, but it’s definitely something you don’t want to overwork into your skin. Swipe it on and go or it does feel uncomfortably sticky. Foundation stays all day and smooths over any weird dry texture I may have going on.
OMG, I love the head band. This is so cute and we get a good view of your face without the hair being in your face. Please use it every time when you do your make up on camera!!!!
I like that the Elf Halo Glow setting powder is talc free. I think it’s similar to the Rare Beauty one, which is also talc free. I love them both.

Thank you for your recommendation on Kendra Scott. I haven’t worn earrings in 10 years cause everything would make me have a reaction. I tried Kendra Scott after you mentioned it a few months ago AND NOW I CAN!!! And it’s totally affordable. I walked in and said “Tati said your earrings are the best” I’m so relieved.
I do the Brow Lamination procedure every day on 7-9 clients, and I feel you could like it but let them know you want them more diagonal than straight up (you can style them after too, but it helps if they're laminated in that direction)
Also, if you can ask for the Mayamy brand, it's the best for softer hairs like yours. Or just come to Macedonia and we'll gladly do it ☺️

Hi Tati, love the brow lamination. Much more volume and it looks amazing. I’m Asian and my hair grows downwards. After the treatment I look really good. You should definitely try it out 😊
Same! Ive had my brows laminated and i truly love it. Makes your brows look bushier but you can tame it as well and not make it like the super feather brows. It just makes them easy to manipulate and not need any brow gel

the stuff we use for brow laminations is essentially hair relaxer! So, it does dry your brow hairs out, but as long as you condition them daily (after the first 24 hours) you should do fine. :D
I had micro blading done on my brows 2 years ago and it was the best decision of my life! I love it and would highly recommend looking into it.

I so agree about the names of the products, as a matter of fact I would much rather the name be indicative of the color and not some image it puts in my mind of something that should be private lol. The other day another youtuber was putting makeup on her 8yr old daughter and said: "And a little Nars Orgasm blush for her little cheekies." I was sad that this precious baby girl should have to hear that, and her Mom didn't feel the need to not say the entire word! It's like, WE ALL KNOW THE BLUSH!! I don't know, it really bothered me, and I am not some prude, it's just too much lately!!

Agreed about the unnecessary explicit names. I'm not a prude but teens buy this stuff and everything is already too sexualized. It's on purpose though, they are after our kids. Look at the current culture. These companies know what they are doing.
