Don’t be afraid to feature the same products in multiple videos, you shouldn’t be forced to change your mind about things for the sake of variety. I love your videos because you are very true to your beliefs and don’t sacrifice them so you don’t sound redundant.
When I got married 19.5 years ago, I used the Revlon Illuminance Cream Palette. this one specifically. People still ask where I got my makeup done. It does need a primer and it doesn’t wear for the longest time. The product was my one and only. I had two of the shades of palettes and used them up at least 3 times each. I repurchased it last year because I feel so very sentimental about the makeup that made my day.
I hope Ulta is listening. 👏🏻 We 👏🏻 need 👏🏻 more 👏🏻 shades 👏🏻 of the Matte Cream Eyeshadows!! Also that Revlon palette is gorgeous. I’m not sure I can stop myself.
I just bought the Revlon Cream Shadow Palettes at Walgreens this week. They were on sale buy two get 1 free and a $ 7 off coupon. I got 3 palettes for $4 dollars.
I’m 47 and I so appreciate your recommendations. It’s refreshing to see someone younger with finds that are gorgeous on anyone at any age. Well done❤️❤️❤️ Thank you so much for the work you put into your videos.
My fav underrated drug store blush is the Almay healthy hue ones, found them via Dacey Cash and never looked back. The only powder blushes I own and want to own. Blonzer who? Buxom who? I feel like this is one of the best formulated shimmer blush products because you honestly can’t tell there’s shimmer in it, it just looks luminous, not baked product luminous but like a powder blush that isn’t dry. That and the way it just blurs on the skin is the best.
Have you tried the Antonym Organic Certified Highlighting Blush in the shade "Cheek Crush"?? It's pricey but it might be the most spectacular glowy blush ever created. I don't know how it would be on deeper skin tones but on fair/light skin It's GLORIOUS.
@@zoeberry33 Nearly Nude is my favorite from the Almay line. I’m a medium golden olive tone so it’s very natural on me. I’m sure it would be beautiful on anyone lighter. If you’re familiar, it’s similar to the powder in the Patrick Ta She’s So LA duo.
I used those revlon cream eyeshadows in college 15 years ago and they were great. They creased on me then but I loved them. I also LOVE the flower beauty tinted lip mask balms.
I found them long before UA-cam existed too! I had a pink one and it was my every day eyeshadow. Check us out being the old school vanguard of the cream shadow trend 😆
I love that you said they’re simply great-not great *for the price.* The revlon So Fierce palettes are on sale rn on Amazon for $6/$7 each (!)-they all look great, but I got Tantrum plus the one you have.
I think the Revlon cream shadow palettes have been around for at least 10 years! I remember people would use them as a base before applying powder shadow to intensify the color when I first discovered youtube beauty channels. They have a purple one called Orchid (?). It was one of the few shadows I could find with a light lavender color before purples started getting popular again in eyeshadow palettes.
@@Jacqueline_R these days I usually wear sunscreen to prime/moisturize after my other skincare steps, NATIO cushion concealer on under eyes and redness, essence hello good stuff mascara on top and bottom lashes, burts bees tinted lip balm in rose on cheeks and lips (flower beauty moisturizing lipstick gives more color payoff but I go for ease of use lately and favor the balm), and an Innoxa finishing spray to control the oils/set the rest. Those are all drug store and I do have to reapply the spray during the day but it feels nice during/after a day of mask wearing and kind of acts to set my brows if I brush them in place after. You might get a little transfer onto a mask, but it looks fine when you do take it off. Just have to tidy up a little flaking from mascara, and reapply lip balm also. Mostly my skin is hydrated, my pores are blurred, and I’ve got some definition to my features and mainly my eyes due to the black color and voluminous quality of the mascara. My skin is oily, for reference. I’m a big fan of minimal fresh-looking makeup and my products doing double-duty 😊
Yes! Please to the best skincare/makeup hybrid products. I won't get a base a skin tint/foundation without it having some sort of skincare benefits. I would LOVE to see this video. :)
WOA that Revlon cream eyeshadow palette took me RIGHT back to 2010 when Michelle Phan did an all-purple look with a purple-toned version of that palette (it was called "Something Orchid). Anyway, I loved it so much and I thought it didn't exist anymore!! Thanks for bringing that back into my mind!!!
You are not alone with the lip picking! I'm 70 and can remember when my parents were alive they'd get on my case and now my brother does the same thing. I can only battle it by keeping them moist 24/7! Love your channel!
YES! I absolutely love these types of videos! I recently found an amazing hidden gem at ULTA….. it’s the J.Cat Beauty Dia & Noche Tri- Element 15 eyeshadow palette. It seriously has some of the best foiled shadows I’ve ever seen, and only $7.99. AND it’s practically a spot on dupe for the new Huda Beauty Jaguar palette. In fact it’s even BETTER than the Huda palette! Trust me….you’ll love it too!
I spy a lot of hidden gems that I have in my collection that aren’t talked about enough!!! Those little revlon cream palettes!!! Oh and the prismatics! And more. Underrated for sure!
Thanks for the tip about the primer on them cream shadow i couldn't make them work for me and they looked so pretty on her I'm definitely gonna try that
Lol "what else can I buy" that would be me! Those Revlon shadows are gorgeous, they did a nice job that last duochrome shade is beautiful! It's just right they all have just enough softness to be "Fierce"
YES! I’d love for you to make a skincare/makeup hybrid video I hardly wear makeup anymore I like for my skin to breathe and not be caked on. So I’d love to see your makeup suggestions 💕
I LOVE those Ulta cream shadows! So blendable and they stay all day especially for oily eyelids. Seriously, thank you Amanda. This really helped me have a quick eyeshadow routine 🤗
@emi sometimes it does crease on me, but I find that if I stick to applying a thin layer of it and blend it well, it doesn't! I still also add a TEENIE bit of the Ulta matte eye primer to the outer crease and that helps it even more. Hope this helps!!
Really appreciate these kinds of videos. As I get older and smarter with my money, I’m trying to find more affordable beauty products to replace the higher end ones that I’ve been using.
omg, that revlon cream palette was one of the very first makeup products i ever owned at 13. that and maybelline mega plush mascara. i didnt know it was still around, i definitely need to get my hands on it again for the nostalgia.
I have 3 of those Revlon quad pallets and I love them!! I bought the first one just to try... And I was so impressed that I went out and got two others (one is the one you have, one is a bronzy color theme, and the third one has a green in it that I love to use as my eyeliner sometimes)
The Undone Beauty Lip to Cheek palettes were the first cream blushes I tried, and they remain top tier to this day. I love the creamy texture and how seamlessly they blend onto my skin. I have the shades Rosy and Poppy. Poppy is a fuchsia Barbie pink. Rosy is a neutral candy pink. I like to layer them together to get a more editorial gradient look.
I think I need that Revlon Prismatic quad! I had no idea the Revlon cream shadows were still around. I used to wear them all the time in middle school! Lol. I think the skincare makeup hybrids would be a good video. There are so many products out there now with skincare claims.
It's such a nice surprise to see you feature the Revlon Cream shadow palette, I used to love the purple palette from this line! they're so easy to use and so pretty!!
I have the revlon quad cream shadows in skin lights…. It’s an all shimmer, but beautiful colors, a champagne, rose, taupe and a beige. These are what I used years ago before I found higher end makeup, I always liked these for a base. But, they are great!
Interested in the skincare/makeup hybrid! Pulled the trigger on the Koh Gen Do Aqua foundation today :) I am fairer - so I got shade 12, hoping for the best! Absolutely love your videos.
Yas please Hybrid items! Loved this and how consistent you are about what you like. PF got me hooked on Argan oil and I would buy it constantly. Actually still do just get a more affordable one lol. ♡ Have a great week.
Another hidden gem that I bought thanks to Hannah Louise Poston is the Elf Workout ready lip and cheek palette, it's great on the go with a cream highlight, bronzer, and two lip/cheek colors. You can even use on your eyes and it lasts all day still looking dewy. I love it!
Revlon had a cream shadow palette in the early 2000's that was similar in shades to the powder one you showed. It had a deep blue and some neutrals. One of the shades in there was my favorite cream shadow of all time - a pretty pinky-bronzy color that was a one-and-done, and the perfect shade for me. I miss it all the time.
As always, thank you for this video! The way you describe the products is 100% spot on! You always have that juicy glossy look, especially with your blushes, and that is the look I am trying to achieve. I have chronically dry lips too from eczema. The revlon super lustrous products are my fave right now. But I'm on the hunt for creme shadows. I almost ordered 2 Em cosmetics cream shadows, watched this video first and changed my mind. I'm gonna try the revlon palette first, and the ulta matte cream shadows if I can ever find them!! 😂🙌🏻
I can’t get enough of your recommendations! Every single thing I have gotten that you recommend has been perfection! I have used your videos to shade match before as well and we have a similar skin type so overall, I am beyond grateful for you! Love your thorough yet simple videos! Thank you 💕 P.S Just ordered the Revlon cream shadows, I couldn’t stop myself! 🤭
Loved this video. Super excited to do a slow walk in the drugstore aisles this weekend! PS, your outfit with that make up was adorable and so autumnal. Thanks!
Really looking forward to the wet look eyeshadow. Years ago Mac made a clear gloss that set down but stayed glossy/wet-looking on the eye. I've wasted some $$ looking for something like that. Also, a hundred years ago, Lancome had four different colors of an eye gloss, which was beautiful but very editorial; lasted about 20 minutes ... it was like wearing colored Vaseline on your lids & melted into your crease the way Vaseline would. 😕
Flower lip balm is phenomenal! One that definitely is on the next morning after you wake up. Beats laniege by 1,000! I also panned my undone blush it’s my summer go to. If you use a dense brush you can get a very smooth pore filling dewy blush! I use the baby pink one. It looks youthful. I think it’s called rosewood (more of a white base idk if you’d like it).
I had been looking for that PF essence setting spray for a while & finally came across it in my neighborhood Walmart. You're 100% correct in how beautiful it is! ❤️❤️ I had bought a smaller bottle of the Charlotte Tilbury setting spray after hearing raves but tbh the Physicians Formula one is my favorite so far. And like you said, the spray is Sooo nice.
New here…I’d love to see a makeup/skincare hybrid video! Love this one…made me sub!☺️ I’ve gotta pick up that PF spray…looks amazing & the FB lip mask!👌🏼👌🏼🖤✨
YES! I totally relate to super dry lips and picking your lips as a nervous habit. Another product that really helps me with that is the Pixi Botanical Collagen Lip Gloss. It's amazing. Love your videos!
That Revlon cream shadow palette took me back to high school. I remember owning those during my high school years, 2000-2003. I cant believe theyre still around!
I’ve been using the revlon cream shadow palettes for at least 15 years lol gosh I’m old. I used to use the green quad the most, beautiful on brown eyed brunettes
Great video! I have the undone beauty blush in Flare and really like it. I also have the same Revlon Prismatic palette and think it is fun. The duo chrome shade is good as a topper too. Thanks to you I also have Game Over and the PF setting spray. Love all of them! Recently got the Almay Velvet Foil Cream Shadow in End Game and it is awesome :)
All of the Revlon So Fierce pallettes are nice. Fully Loaded is my favorite though. Speaking of "Take your bra off/comfort" products, I love Laneige lip sleeping mask for all day wear. It's is like a soft sweater for your lips!
Omg those revlon cream shadow palettes are decades old!! I used to own them 20 years ago and loved them. Then I got married and my mother in law swiped them, coz they were the only formula that looked good on her hooded eyes. Never found them again, sadly. So gorgeous they were!!
Thanks for the video Amanda ☺️ I’m so glad I found your channel. I love your suggestions. Please do a video about your favorite primers and setting sprays for dry skin! Or how you like to prep your skin for make up 🤔
1. I would loovve to see a video of makeup/ skincare blends and makeup that feels like skincare even if it's not quite because that type of makeup is what I like to use!! Love love love a multitasking product! 2. I have that same revlon fierce palette and I like it a lot except for the deep blue/ green. I am tempted to try another
I have been looking for some great neutrals in cream eyeshados...namely ones to use to smoke out or very lightly smoke out a cream look. That Revlon cream palette is what I've been looking for! I just ordered it.
Revlon So Fierce pallette in “That’s a Dub” is really pretty. I have that one. Such great quality at an affordable price. The drug store is really stepping up their game. Thanks for the vid!! 💕💕💕
The twisting mascara reminded me of one of my favorite mascaras when I was in high school and my makeup look consisted of lots of black eyeliner and mascara: Maybelline Dial-A-Lash! Your lashes could literally go to 11!
For me mascara is that bra that must come off when you get home..I've tried both of the Revlon eyeshadows. I found the cream, while beautiful upon application, wore off so quickly. Its a sfane cause I loved the look. I've been wanting to try the brand Undone. I also love the Flower beauty lip products. I think you might like her "bitten" lip stain very long wearing, comfortable and pretty colors. Thanks so much for your wonderful videos. 🙋♀️🤗🌠

exactly!
👌 For some reason it makes me
Trust her opinion even more because I know she is not just pushing the “newest thing out there in every video”.
Totally agree! I also love Shelbey Wilson’s channel for the same reason.
I look for things that are featured or used consistently. I like seeing things with different light, other products, color of a shirt.. etc.
Exactly! Being real and true to oneself is the best kind of beauty you can have! The truth is timeless and never ever changes! Thank you...
Yes. Please. Do a video with products that are “hybrids”.
Yes. I agree.

Your outfit screams fall and I’m LIVING!!💙
I love that idea of a skin care/makeup hybrid video!

If you're doing a "wet look" video, you've gotta include the 'Ladybird' Super Shock Shadow. It's just as wet looking as Space Cowboy!
Also, "A little quarky" by Colourpop...wet looking goodness!!
I just recently posted a swatch video of some of those Revlon Prismatic Eyeshadow Palettes - absolutely loving them!!
Loved this video. Super excited to do a slow walk in the drugstore aisles this weekend! PS, your outfit with that make up was adorable and so autumnal. Thanks!

Revlon So Fierce! That's Dub palette. Definitely pretty colors
Check out Tantrum from that Revlon So Fierce line! It's also really pretty!
Flower lip balm is phenomenal! One that definitely is on the next morning after you wake up. Beats laniege by 1,000!

Completely loving the HYBRID VIDEO IDEA 🙏
YES! I totally relate to super dry lips and picking your lips as a nervous habit. Another product that really helps me with that is the Pixi Botanical Collagen Lip Gloss. It's amazing. Love your videos!
Can't wait to snap up the revlon eyeshadow!
uuu yesss, the idea of a video about skincare/makeup is really good, I always look that in my products
Yes pls more of those Revlon pallets
That Revlon cream shadow palette took me back to high school. I remember owning those during my high school years, 2000-2003. I cant believe theyre still around!
I’ve been using the revlon cream shadow palettes for at least 15 years lol gosh I’m old. I used to use the green quad the most, beautiful on brown eyed brunettes

Thanks to you I also have Game Over and the PF setting spray. Love all of them! Recently got the Almay Velvet Foil Cream Shadow in End Game and it is awesome :)
yes for the hybrids video! Thanks for the amazing content you put up. simple but effective! Kisses from Montreal ;)
I used that Revlon cream shadow pallet for years! It's a good one. I wish they would go cruelty free.
I’d love a wardrobe/fall staples video ☺️ I love your overall style and color choices
All of the Revlon So Fierce pallettes are nice. Fully Loaded is my favorite though. Speaking of "Take your bra off/comfort" products, I love Laneige lip sleeping mask for all day wear. It's is like a soft sweater for your lips!
i purchased physicians formula's diamond lip plumper based on your review and i love it so so much 😍😍🥺❤️
I think your eyes look fantastic, just ordered the Revlon pallet. Thank you!
Omg those revlon cream shadow palettes are decades old!! I used to own them 20 years ago and loved them. Then I got married and my mother in law swiped them, coz they were the only formula that looked good on her hooded eyes. Never found them again, sadly. So gorgeous they were!!
I would love some hybrid skincare/makeup reccomendations!
Your videos are simply amazing...crisp and clear💖💖keep up the good work 👍
Another yes for video on hybrid products
I personally have all of the revlon palettes and love them all, Tantrum one is my favorite!
Thanks for the video Amanda ☺️
I’m so glad I found your channel. I love your suggestions. Please do a video about your favorite primers and setting sprays for dry skin! Or how you like to prep your skin for make up 🤔
I love your recommendations! Thank you Amanda.
your eye look looks AMAZING !!
I went out to buy the Revlon prismatic pallet per your review I was sold on your look. I can't wait to start using it
Yes on that hybrid video please!!
1. I would loovve to see a video of makeup/ skincare blends and makeup that feels like skincare even if it's not quite because that type of makeup is what I like to use!! Love love love a multitasking product!
2. I have that same revlon fierce palette and I like it a lot except for the deep blue/ green. I am tempted to try another
Thrilled you found these hidden treasures 💜
I have been looking for some great neutrals in cream eyeshados...namely ones to use to smoke out or very lightly smoke out a cream look. That Revlon cream palette is what I've been looking for! I just ordered it.
Followup...love the colors but they crease like something disgusting. Like it looked gross.
Revlon So Fierce pallette in “That’s a Dub” is really pretty. I have that one. Such great quality at an affordable price. The drug store is really stepping up their game. Thanks for the vid!! 💕💕💕
I’ve been picking my lips my whole life especially when I’m nervous I feel you girl
Yes on the hybrids!!!!!
thank you for suggesting these affordable really good products ❤️
