The truth is she thought she loved all those individuals because she loves the idea of love and those first butterfly moments, but really and truly, it wasn't true love, as much she tried to convinced herself. She is someone that constantly needs that love and attention where it's all about her and I think it's perhaps a self esteem issue. She however, only truly loved Ben. She saw him move on and she didn't have a choice but to aswell, this is why she is saying she only truly loved someone once. Noone else compared to him but again, she had to try and convince herself that she could love again. That's why when people say she says the same with everyone, she does, but she truly convinces herself that she is, but deep down, I dont think she was ever happy besides being with Ben. Her ex husband is on his 4/5th marriage and married someone who is young enough to be his daughter but noone says anything about him in the same way like they do about her

I think this seems to be the case. Ben may not know what he wants, but I think they have both tried to compromise.
