I quite enjoy the heat. I don't feel I fully thaw until the end of June, so until it cracks 100°F (37°F) and exceeding 80% humidity (which is oppressive compared with 120°F & 5% humidity...it matters) I'm not too bloody hot. Plenty of friends who agree with this song and start singing it at 75°F/24°C.
Humid in Nebraska. 3 hours to the east of me is the Missouri river and when I go there it's muggy 🥵.

Hey, this was a fairly cool summer... at least compared to all summers that are coming. 🥲
In caves the temperature stays pretty even. I guess we are all going back to being cavemen soon. My husband and i almost decided to build a house in a cave, but my husbands relative sold the cave to the state as a turist attraction. Oddly the state has had it for many years and it is not been turned into an attraction. Could have built a house and had lots of space left over. But a nice temperature inside.

We had about a week of summer weather, very early this year. For weeks, all we've had is rain and wind, the temperature being mid teens at most. And I don't even live very far north.

It should be illegal for the temperature (with humidex) to exceed 30 degrees in Canada. I have no idea how this law would be enforced, but it should be illegal.
For those of you who are serious about cooling down,
Get a shirt wet wring it out and put it on.
The armpit and groin area are the places that hold the most heat so cool those down first if you feel heat stroke coming on.

I have to take curbside orders at a store with a red oval logo that starts with H and ends with B (iykyk), and i have to do that in over 100°F weather here in Texas. Like at least they provide water but still I'm risking my life some days just to make money. Not to mention all the idiots that drive like maniacs in the parking lot but thats besides the point
