Honestly, if Jordan 1 hype is dying, that’s music to my ears. They’re my favorite sneaker and it’ll just make it easier to get. I could care less what they’re worth on the resell market, I buy my Jordan’s to wear!
Managed to cop a size 9 this morning and am happy, glad people are sleeping on these. Hype has ruined so many releases lately making them unattainable so it's refreshing to easy cop for retail. I think the CW is fire and it pays homage to both the Chicago and the unreleased blue 85 that the TS took inspiration from too. The amount of ppl who bent over backwards for the frag/TS version but says this CW is dead is staggering and really exposes the state of the snkr community atm.

I remember when the images for this shoe first came out and I was excited about it but as the release date got closer and closer, my interest in it went away and even my friend thought they weren’t all that but I got them over the weekend for 25% off lol I just couldn’t pass it up for that price 😅 happy I got them and I think I’ll be lacing them with white laces too, looks nice

if there's no resale on them before they drop, you could have got them early for mid 200 ,,, they are not going to be a pair that the bots and resellers will go after hence why they are still available and still affordable on stockx etc. just over retail.... its great for the person really into the sneaker for the toe and not to make 20 quid
To be honest, I don’t really feel this color-blocking. Something is missed, something is missing. Although I grabed my size: 44,5 for personal collection and another: 47 to put to my closet. I want to find out in a year whats the hype and whats the resell, especially that OG Chicago are on the way. 👊

I’m 15 and I have these, and this is my first pair of Jordan 1’s and i worn them like 10 times er something, i really love them but i noticed something strange about them. The leather is cracking on the low side of the shoe, around the midsole, and the leather comes lose around the toe’s, is this normal? Maybe it is because i lace them very thightly, has this something to do with that?
Are the heritage comfortable? Can I wear them all day everyday without my feet hurting? Could I also use them for sports/running? I think the black laces look the best, what about you? Do you think the price of these will rise later on? Thanks bro ❤️
Just get them and replace the insole with a more comfortable one. Every single shoe, sneaker, and boot I have is comfortable for all day wear because I do this

these gives me huge early jordan vibes, probably because that’s what they are inspired after. The vintage custom on these are crazy good, but they look good even just used, much better then they do deadstock.
TBH I personally liked the pair but I'm also waiting for the Chicago re-imagined release! I love sneakers but I'm kinda trying not to have many of similar colors, so just like mentioned I would rather have the Chicago's (and I'm dreaming of it because of course they will be hard af to obtain), tho I have good hopes. As initially mentioned, I did liked the pair and I think it's a good alternative for a Chicago if not able to obtain it in the future and also if you're not willing to pay resale. When I copped the bloodline 1's they were also sitting everywhere and I don't really understand why, they look really great in person. It's probably the same with this pair.
I also have the bloodline 1's their leather quality is higher than most! i copped 3 of these in dispair because i thought i was not going to be able to score a pair, now i am over stocked hahaha

The white laces make these really clean. I literally bought laces for this shoe last November but I may do the whites. Since these are sitting around $230 in my size I’ll prob double up I do believe if the reimaged 85 Chicago’s are a big effect of why ppl aren’t messing with these.

I like these, but they're really similar to my Magnus Walker Dunks that I paid through the nose for, so these might go back. I love the color blocking and my (rep) Travis Highs are my absolute favourite shoe (I don't normally buy reps, but at like 15x retail you'd be crazy to buy and wear the real ones), - something about that white and blue hits hard for me. I thought this might be similar, but I just have way too many shoes sitting DS. Appreciate the review and think you make some solid points. I think you're right - this with a backwards black swoosh would be absolute must-cop, not just for the hype, but I think the backwards swoosh just breaks up the design a bit, makes the silhouette more interesting

It's basically alternate breds. Like if you paint all the white black including the tongue it's the bred aj1. It's lost with all the white.

Yeah they were fully in stock when I copped and then after that they went fully out of stock in almost all of the normal sizes
