@GamesEmotions; Yes, AFAIK Synsoft was the name U.S. Gold (a company that distributed U.S. software on the UK market) used. I'm not sure why they changed it, but I'm guessing it was because another company already had the rights to the "Synapse" name here.
Could somebody elaborate please? I see the name is SynSoft, the original Blue Max came out from Synapse. did they change the name? just curious. That first Blue Max occupied tons of my time, I finished it with the skyscraper bombing runs, great game for it's time and one of the few that actually ended (and gave you a rank!) years ahead of it's time!!
Great game
One of the Best Sci-fi soundtracks ever made for the Atari bit computer

excellent music, first heard it on "the music kaleidoscope" game music collection disk, anybody remember that?

Sounds better on the C64, but I can't find that anywhere. Atari's computer had better pixel-pushing capabilities, but the C64 ruled on music.
Totally. Here is a link for you my friend: ua-cam.com/video/SrU5ldzqV74/v-deo.html
the original game was better as far as gameplay goes.
