Omg y'all better cherish this show I'm still completely in love with it from when my band did this music for our junior year marching show in 2015 ahaha (except we didn't have shit for budget and I'm pretty sure we were the guinea pig for this show if I remember correctly so the spoken interludes between movements were completely absent for ours, kinda like it better that way if I'm honest ¯\_(ツ)_/¯) I still consider this theme music for my favorite original character because she was inspired by this show as we were polishing it through the season 🥰 man the stories I could tell y'all definitely the most memorable show we ever put on. Have fun with it! It makes me so happy to see this stuff live on in other marching band ensembles when it literally still means so much to me even now despite having already graduated so long ago ❤
Nice to see everyone appreciating this badass arrangement; my band I believe was the first to perform this show, and I was just... Agh, I fell in absolute head-over-heels love with it the second the theme was announced and we heard the music for the first time. Never quite got it out of my head even all these years later. As you can tell by my handle, clowncore and circus stuff is my most well-defined niche; I just adore all things circus. One of my favorite original characters spawned from this show (she's my current pfp actually!) and all the ideas we came up with for it, and she's very near and dear to me because of her link to some of the best memories of my adolescence. Anyhoo, it's nice to come back to this every now and then and relive my junior year of high school- best marching show we ever did by far. We were never the best band, and we went through our fair share of drama that put us behind, but this show really brought us together that year. We poured blood sweat and tears into this show. I'll never forget it ♥
I'm hyped to play this tomorrow, even though we only plan to get as far as measure 37. I'm doing this for a marching band competition (Well I believe so,)
I'm doing synth in this one, it's my favorite. But my band director doesn't like the thirty two measures of rest I have in the beginning of the closer so we're adding a part there
Gary P. Gilroy Publications we did this show and cut out a set and added a part where the woodwinds and low brass had a small dance part, while the tubas (my section) and the drums kept going
this is my 2024 show 😋
Omg it’s mine too!
Me too

Fair enough! Every band director has different music preferences, and every band has different section needs too-so sometimes changes are necessary.

I want to play this song so bad
