@@loyalnino - Not only passion/lyrics/energy rather no matter circumstances legitimately keeping it raw/real in general. Never the less for all you youngsters out there who don't know/never will know concerning every industry in general this is a sample of how raw/legitimately passionate it was in general in epic-legendary 90s era from music/sports/movies/porn you name it ect.

Badboy and anyone affiliated with them. He went at Dr Dre, ice cube too and they from the West. Looking at how alot of rappers acted after he died, he probably would've went at other rappers too if they weren't with him or if he felt like they disrespected him or was trying to bite his style.

He pushed the thug image because it was the only way to keep men a little more masculine after he was gone. He lived like he had a week to live. Never held his tongue drank half a henny a day and smoked 2-3 packs of newports. He just didn’t have the power of the internet to have us believe him because the powers that be would blackball him fast in the limited media.
Salute. He was a straightforward mc, no excessive metaphor or element use, just raw truth with his style.

Tupac wrote so many songs that were/are instantly timeless. When considering Tupac, you can make whatever arguments you want about what defines a lyricist or MC, but it's hard to deny that Tupac was a master of composing a POWERFUL song that dwarfs most compositions by even the most gifted "lyricists" IMO💯
