The mid-travel trail bike category has become increasingly competitive over the last few years. Companies like Yeti and Transition have been at the forefront of this movement developing some of the best bikes on the planet. Two of those are the Yeti SB4.5 and Transition Smuggler. Both have 29-inch wheels, are carbon fiber, and similar travel at 4.5/5 inches. Because of this, many consider this style of bike to be the one to do it all.
