Hace ver a Mewtwo como un personaje muy poderoso, pero cuando yo lo uso lo siento lento, su shadow ball es lenta, aparte es lijero, es grande combeable, y su confusion no tiene mucho rango.. pero aquí veo que si es muy poderoso, simplemente no se usarlo :'v

Also notbae: Utilizes down air in the exact way for the exact reason I say it's a great move, getting spikes and reads off the dair
The speed of the move might not seem fast enough to be that good, but when you use your dair with the double jump that buffer in time it takes you to gain height is the perfect time for the dair to start up.
That's my hot take anyway, Mewtwo's dair is a good move lol
You can definitely do some cool things with it like you say, but that wind up makes it just an objectively poor dair
