CHEAP Siem Reap APARTMENTS near PUB ST

The 3 apartments all come with air-con, washing machine, fridge, and hot water. Lease is 6 months minimum. Internet wifi is free. Water is very cheap at a few dollars per month. Water is about 60 cents USD for a thousand litres.
But electricity is expensive compared to Australia. In Australia, electricity is about 27 cents AUD per kilowatt. (That's about 18 cents USD p/kilowatt in Australia based on current currency exchange rates.) Electricity is 25 cents USD per kilowatt in Cambodia.
There are no elevators in Cambodia. You will be climbing stairs, so good luck if you live on the fourth or fifth floors. 😂
The first apartment is about 20 minutes walk to Pub St.
The second and third apartments are about 15 minutes walk to Pub St.
All 3 apartments are in the Watt Bo area.
