@JosephLovesMovies They looked like all the other groups doing the EXACT SAME THING on all these other college campuses right BEFORE they became violent. Makes perfect sense for the police to suit up and expect violence. Being in riot gear is also not hurting these protesters in anyway. The cops are just taking reasonable precautions based on the mountain of evidence that things could turn bad.

Freedom of speech does not protect your sensibilities or sensitivities from seeing it. It does not grant a right to people to abridge that right over hassles to there daily routine. And it does not permit private property to act as middle men fiefdoms that the federal and state governments can apply pressure on to do what they can’t do explicitly breaking us assembly and free speech. The response to these protestors is unconstitutional and a giant class action lawsuit
